Excellent attitude from the employees. Friendly and supportive. Went for my Son's passport renewal and the support i received from counter 1 ( I think mr. Farooque was serving) was excellent. The reason for 4 star is because i think the consulate needs a bigger space for waiting area.

Just a word of advice to both the consular service and to those wanting to use the online form filling services. As more and more of us use digital platforms to go about our daily lives to my dismay i attempted to us their website for NVR visa. The system is very outdated and needs to be replaced immediately. Please invest in finding a reputable software developer to launch a new more user friendly website. The relatively basic functions of save and upload is simple to implement. What you have currently is a complete mess. Updating it would save time and effort on both sides. I feel sorry for the people who are trying to use web services only to find the forms are incorrectly filled out or just not saving at all. For the admin staff, trying to check through the mistakes is gotta be a daily nightmare. You can only imagine the chaos this would cause within the office and hence why I feel this is one of the contributing factors related to their frustrated and worked up staff, making it impossible to give good service to their customers. I had to download the form and edit the parts it missed out with my own software. For now I advice you all to do the same.

Terrible service just like the nations airline Baiman Airlines. If you looking for advice don’t bother calling they don’t answer the bloody phone. Incompetent staff who don’t have a clue what to do. One guy walks around pretending to help people and if you ask him anything that he’s unable to answer, he will say he does not work there, but goes to back office when he pleases. Water filter in the waiting area looks unsanitary, place doesn’t even look like an embassy... anyways it compliments the terrible service.

Very pleased with the recent developments. Improved the service quality. Definitely suggest to use the online system. However the staffs are a bit relaxed. I had to push them to get help. Staffs were enjoying ???? rather than giving us service at the reception of MRP passport area.

I needed to apply for a new machine readable passport as my existing one had expired. The online application process is pretty good, except for a few questions on the form I was not clear how to fill. So I called the 24hr Consular Helpline service, which is a mobile number on the website - I suggest leaving a short clear message about what it is and your number (preferably in Bangla), and they call back within a few hours. It was really helpful, and they understand the process inside out. The booking appointment system is great. I turned up about an hour beforehand and submitted my documents early at the desk - that way if anything extra needs doing before the interview it can be sorted. I was called in bang on time for going through the form and biometrics (photo, fingerprints, signature) - it's all very organised. People at the desk were very helpful as well. The atmosphere is very much changed from earlier days - it is a quiet, organised space. Great service.

The worst website to do a Online application. Where ever you try to do the application. On the phone, laptop, library, different computers. It keeps crashing every single time. Slow and cannot save anything. It's a joke. 3 days trying to do the application for no visa. What a rubbish interface and outdated. Had enough spending hours trying to do this. Tired

I was getting extremely frustrated trying to do the NVR form online, the system definitely needs updating. I went into the embassy to discuss the poor system, this is where I met Luthfur Hasan, he was extremely helpful in trying to answer my questions, he helped me sort out my forms, he advised me on the next steps, I learnt a few things from him too, he is the reason I rate my overall experience a 5 star. The embassy can do with more people like him. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

ONLINE FORM - Any online application via their website is so poor. I understand the webserver is in Bangladesh and probably coded by people based in Bangladesh, but so many errors, its like lottery if sometime works, sometime errors, every time & every year. Also the people behind the questions thinks the general public should know all. I gave 3 stars as the overall service is good.

I have been trying to upload my image on the online system for a NVR Visa for almost one week! The worst online system in existence, it doesn't flag what the problem is, it doesn't save your application. And to top it off no one answers the phone, not even the emergency line. Not sure what to do now?

Excellent service from the staff. General public didn’t know the meaning of queuing up, people kept going infront of me but I guess we could all excuse the old uncles. Place could do with a bit of modernisation, overall very good experience. Didn’t catch the name of the customer service agent but he was absolutely amazing. NVR for my parents

Stars for reception staff only because they were very helpful and kind. About the main staff and desk people: very bad behaviour. I do understand you have a busy day and many things to look after and a lot of people come with their problems all day long. But please DO NOT GENERALISE everyone. We went for an issue and the man directly said it's your mistake, you people never admit your fault. "Admit our fault" are we in a court?! He didn't even want to listen the whole situation. Pls show some kindness and treat people with dignity, don't accuse right away thinking we all are the same

Sorry to say, Bangladeshi citizens. These people are not qualified BCS. They have completed their degree by bribing. Low-class primary school level English with no grammatical knowledge. Even my 6-year-old daughter asking me what type of English is this. Treat people the way they treat their own family members. No manners. I wish this should have been run by British people. Disgusting

I urgently needed to get my passport renewed. The services I got and people working in the Bangladesh embassy was really helpful. They processed my application as soon as possible. In their busy time they heard my queries and helped to renew it. The services is definitely better than the passport office in Bangladesh. The member of staff are very well mannered and polite. I would rate their service 5 star. Very pleased.

Today I went to Bangladesh High Commission, London to collect my wife's passport. The officials of the Embassy was so nice to me. They helped me a lot though I did not have all the document (authorisation, letter from the applicant and my photo ID) which was necessary to collect a passport. I was really happy to have nice behaviour and cooperation from them.

Applied for renew my MRP and it was very quick. Inside and outside environment can be a little bit better though it's a matter of budget from government I guess. They are serving a lot of people together which can be a reason for a bit mess situation.
