I thought it was quite confusing in the beginning as to where to go and what to do. I think if there was door staff to guide people that would have been good. it was fairly chaotic. However my experience at the counter was great . Brother Minhaj was very patient, understanding and very helpful. I really appreciate his help and I think he deserves recognition for his outstanding service ! The 5* are solely based on the service this brother has provided. Thank you so much!

i am really impressed and so thankful to Bangladesh high commission for their very helpful colleagues services, specially Mr Sumon who is really a very kind, gentle, caring and a responsible person. currently i am about to extend my visa and i notice my passport was expired last month , i was really in stressed and hopeless. i tried to book an appointment via online but couldn't find any slot for booking. next day i went to high commission waiting for the opening . once i was in Mr Sumon who listen my problems and make me come down . he process my application Asap and also confirmed me its been posted on the same day. i know during this pandemic services r not regular but people like Sumon who really understand our problems and take it as responsibly , its a grate support. hopefully i will receive my passport ASAP. be proud and best wishes for Bangladesh high commission . many thanks

I have lived in London since 2005 and have always been well served at the Bangladesh High Commission in London. It is August 20, 2020 and I would like to state that my husband and I approached the BHC with some urgent requests some weeks ago, and we are glad to say that the staff members: Mr Rabbi, Mr Zakaria Huq, and Mr Mahmet were courteous and efficient, and extremely supportive and helpful. Definitely 5 star service!

Few weeks ago I had to visit Bangladesh high commission in London to get NVR stamp for me and my family’s passport. I have been there many times before. I was happy with the service I have received. This time I have received a wonderful and excellent service in Bangladesh high commission in London . One of the new staff ( didn't meet him before) Mr. Sumon who served me at the counter is a true gentleman, friendly, smiley and well mannered person who helped me all out to get my NVR the easiest and quickest way. It was a huge relief for me . Thank you Sumon Bhi . Furthermore, I would like to give a Big thank and I do highly appreciate the high commissioner of Bangladesh in London to appointed this type of energetic and well educated people whom we need more in Bangladesh high commission to provide much more better service to the Bangladeshi community in the Uk. Excellent service by Consular people. The entire High Commission led by the High Commissioner helped in a team, with utmost care, the Covid affected stranded Bangladeshis to safely return home from UK by arranging special flights. Positive changes made during recent times as the front desk as well as the hallway have been renovated. A small but elegant hall room speaks of the taste of the Mission Chief and the management. Public facilities have also been upgraded i.e. the toilets renovated and modernized with hand sanitizers for ensuring hygene. A canopy has also been installed on top of the consular area staircase to protect waiting people from rains. Positive Bangladesh is clearly visible here. It is obviously a pro people embassy that Bangladesh may take pride in.

There is no queueing system when calling by phone. So if the lines are busy for the department you want to reach, you will be kept on hold for a period of minutes and then informed to try again later whereupon the call will be disconnected! The same is true when you are trying to reach the "operator"!!! Bangladesh High Commission, please update your phone system. You are the frontline to all forms of enquiries (from general public, to investment/commerce, to defence/military, etc). If people cannot reach you, how do you hope to forge better links with potential customers? Don't waste valuable opportunities, they may just go to your competitors instead!

First I contacted Bangladesh High Commission, London Office via phone regarding MRP re-issue to know my passport status where I got quick response and referred to A F M Fazle Rabbi to whom I e-mailed my details and whenever I contacted, my issue solve with speedy resolution which refers that Bangladesh High Commission team are working very actively by heart to help us out through this situation. First of all thanks to Bangladesh High Commission And its Honorable Officers and the Staffs who are working really hard during this pandemic. In this difficult situation they are serving us with maintaining proper social distancing . I need to do my NVR in my new British passport and was looking to find a way and now its done . I have recently contacted Bangladesh High Commission London by email and I got reply from Mr A F M Fazle Rabbi who was very helpful and highly professional. I wanted to get help on my MRP re-issue and he explained me the process and gave me a list of documents I needed. I sent my application for re issue and I also added a request to edit some information. Despite all the information were listed on the website, I missed this but Mr Rabbi contacted me and politely reminded me what additional documents were needed and I sent this document directly to him. I got my re issued passport on time. It was a great pleasure to get this extraordinary help from him and BHC London. Thanks to him and all the staff of BHC London.

Very Unorganised! Over the phone, the receptionist was unable to speak proper English making it harder to communicate, resulting in me having to go to the actual place. There's no organisation e.g no social distancing (covid 19) people constantly pushing in and was very loud. Customers were very aggressive, no control was held within the shop. As well as that, misinformation was given resulting in having to go over the same info 3-4 times. Examples like paper size, photo, background, colour of image etc. A lot of time could have been saved if proper specifications were given in one go As well as that, I had received a Facebook message from one of the workers about my review, which was very unprofessional as I had not given any of my social contacts when he could have easily responded on Google reviews, not private messages. For future references, I would appreciate if replies are given on Google reviews and customer service is improved drastically.

During this corona pandemic BHC arranged for a special flight to send the Bangladeshis stranded in UK back to their families in Bangladesh. My brother in law was among the lucky passengers awaiting to leave UK for a few months since lockdown was imposed. BHC took utmost care in sending the passengers back to their country despite the prevailing pandemic. Couldn't be more grateful.

Very quick service, staff highly professional and friendly, straight to the point! My appointment was at 12.30pm and actually I was served before and was all ready at 12.28pm. You do need to talk with people to ask where you need to go as may be confusing, not a problem for me as I am from a Mediterranic country. When I went to collect my Visa was another staff member who was equally very professional, quick, friendly and polite! Very good experience!
