I been there before 2 days. The service was awesome, proper distancing in covid situation, very helpful staff. I was in difficulty to make NVR in my wife's Portuguese passport. But the staff working there, they just made it, so happy of their service. Specially in NVR section, he was really helpful when I spoke with him over the phone. Feel proud to be a Bangladeshi, having a great service from my Embassy in UK.

Since 1978 , I have visited Bangladesh High Commission London many occasions for various purposes . Bangladesh High Commission officials exceeded my expectation by helping not only here in London but many countries including Australia, Morocco and USA . I got what I came for, that’s great ! Nice feeling ! However, I agree with a reviewer who said about the seating/waiting area not up to mark inside the basement area of the building and need a upgrade . I also noticed that , I am sure renovations is require as a matter of urgency which is obviously matter for the Bangladesh government and I hope they will take care of it soon . Stay safe , peace ✌️

Recently applied to reissue my BD Passport in British High Commission London. Interestingly, they replied any query email within 30minutes with all the information needed. Applied through postal service and with return special service envelope. After around 45days, found postman delivering passport in my door in Cambridge. Surprised to see such excellent service from BD government body. Actually I was worried to travel to Embassy office to collect it during this Pandemic situation. Grateful to embassy authority. Thanks.

I am a British citizen by birth, recently applied for visa to enter Bangladesh I received excellent services from the staff at the High Commission.
Mohammed Lokman Hossain was answering my 24/7 phone calls. I am overwhelmed by the cordial behaviour even at the late night on more than one occasion.
Wish these services will be continuous and beneficial for the clients.

Sumon served us on 27th of August 2020 when I went with my wife to reissue our BRP passports. He understood what we expecting and what we went through. I have been to Bangladesh Ambassy Lonndon few times. My last visit was for NVR as my husband is from Bangladesh. The staff were very helpful. Specially Sumon was amazing. I was with my little baby. He helped me throughout the process.

I have been here on many occasions for No Visa required. The staff heve been very helpful A very different experience compared to several years ago a great improvement in sevice delivery. Attitude of staff and officials. Great job BHC keep it up guys.

I attended the BHC today and received excellent and courteous service by the staff working at the BHC especially by Mr Summon.
Mr Summon was very helpful with my application for NVR for my three children as it was my first time to the BHC in submitting the application in person rather than using a travel agent due to family emergency.
Please make sure you have all the right documents & photocopies for the right application, in particular passport photos with white background.
And visit visa.gov.bd to complete and print the digital forms as handwritten forms are no longer used.
Overall it was a pleasant and friendly visit to BHC and just looking at the flag outside the BHC makes me want to visit my sonar bangla ????????

Recently we needed help with some paperwork in Bangladesh.
Initially having some really bad Customer service experience with the consulate. We had no choice but to complain, and to our surprise we got help from the senior Team. This is a fresh breath of air and it gave us great hope, that Bangladesh officials are taking the right steps in building a great country. We greatly appreciate the help of Saida Muna Tasneem who took the time to understand our problem, reflect and then got the right department to assist us. Moving forward I would suggest fellow Citizens to email the consulate, there is a good team there ,as they will listen and are there to help us.

I required an NVR stamp for myself and my little boy. Shumon Anwar Parvez brother helped me a lot as I needed this done urgently. He went over and beyond to get this processed for me. He showed empathy and understood my situation. He spent all day to help me out. I appriciate all the help that he has given me. Overall, the BHC is doing an amazon job in looking after us. I am going to Bangladesh with the charity CAP Foundation on Sunday and had an issue with getting a Visa appointment online as all slots were filled until Thursday this week, leaving not enough time. Through offline communication between CAP Foundation and Her Excellency Saida Muna, an appointment was urgently organised yesterday and now i collect my visa on Friday, allowing the vital trip to go ahead.
Amazing and clear communication and support. I would like to thank Her Excellency Saida Muna for the quick service, and that she made this possible for me. Thank you for making it happen!
