I had a mixed experience with the store. Good and reasonable advices were given and the purchase experience was correct. Though global services , such as insurance and support, are pretty expensive and I hope they would be efficient when I would need it. Now the pick up and delivery service was different than the purchase: i got my purchase in a poor delivery bag. Then discovered that most of the services that I purchased were not available nor activated correctly. A bit disappointed but am a big boy, was not really surprised

The only reason why I would ever enter this store is to see what the products would look like when I buy it form amazon ! I don’t understand why they need crazy amount information when it comes to buy products and it can get really annoying buying any thing there. God forbid if any one is there to help or knows anything about what hour asking! . I avoid them at all cost ! You’ll only ever see me there when I bored and just looking .

The worst store I have ever been to. The customer service is appalling and non existent. A bunch of grown people getting paid to do nothing but stare at people whiles they look lost in the store and in need of help. I will never be going in again and if you’re reading this don't bother visiting, you won’t get help. I left without buying what I needed.

Large electronics department store with plenty of display items so you can get your hands on the item before purchase. I reserved my purchase online to collect in store but there was nobody serving at the counter when I went ro collect and I had to wait a while to be seen. Customer service was friendly and purchase was straight forward once I had been seen.

Although the agent was helpful I managed to find the item that I wanted even that was out of stock he did put a little pressure on me to sign up for additional insurance even though he couldn't offer me a better deal however when I made it clear I didn't want to add extra insurance he did relent

Delivery of a LG Bluetooth TV and install incompetent. They just plugged it in and started the channels on my Freesat box although this tv has freeview included. Didn’t tell that I could plug in my wireless headphone with an adapter to the optical cable. Just said my headphones can’t be plugged in a Bluetooth TV set. So you pay for nothing much.

Listless staff looked pained when I asked a group of three of them who were standing around talking if they could help me. 'What kind of help?' said one, frowning. Took a while to find anyone willing to help me buy something, but the staff on the tills were nice. Could do a lot better.

I experienced the usual problem with PC World... the item I wanted wasn't in stock. So it was quicker to order it from Amazon. Which is a great shame as I'd like to help keep high street shops in business.

I came a couple of hours before closing and was unfortunate enough to be held up by a indecisive customer who literally kept the woman from attending to any other customer and going home when the shop closed.
The person who was working on the desk stayed later than the shop closing to attend me and another customer.
My only complaint is that the carphone warehouse was operated by only one person whilst curry's and pc World was operated by somewhere between 5-7 people who were not able to help because it was a different department.
I just wanted a pay as you go sim.

I was disappointed that they did not have stock of products they were meant to have and I found the staff a bit remote in attitude but kept pestering me if I wanted help but after that were not really interested. Maybe I might have gone on a bad day but I was not impressed.

Always good to see Currys look after their customers. First of all, they deliver a broken machine, then when the next one is meant to be re-delivered, they say it was never booked! Now been without a machine for 4 weeks. Whats a joke. Would never buy anything from them again.

I absolutely adore the variety of this place. As someone from America, we don't have any store, yes including best buy, that has the same amount of variety when it comes to stuff you actually need and don't have to order I'm Amazon. I find myself needed to do that a lot in the US especially when it comes to computer hardware like graphics cards and computer cases etc.

Good luck with getting a staff member to help - each timeI go I practically have to beg to be allowed to buy a product. But stick it out, because when you do get served, they are knowledgeable and helpful. They need more staff though.

Large PC and mobile electronic shop with a big section dedicated to Google products.
Came here a few months back as part of the Google #LocalGuides event invitees and explored some funky displays there.
Part of it felt like a mini-museum which was a nice add on to a retail store.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

Travelled all the way on my day off to try headphones... They have a massive sign saying ask staff to try headphones.. they didn't have headphones to try.. so why have sign... Also store is filled with the most unhelpful staff you could meet.

Don't think I have ever been to a shop with such un helpfull staff who seem to have no clue about the products they are selling
Actually the second branch I had visited with the same un helpfull staff in both stores. Very much doubt I will go there for a third time. I would suggest that the managers put their staff on some sort of training programme and make them familiar with the products that they are selling

The only reason I still buy from this retailer is because I can get vouchers from my credit card provider. They deliver you stuff with no extra package for protection no matter how valuable your item is. The answer to everything is "you can get a refund", as if that solves anything

Bought a PC all in one yesterday for HP $600 pounds. opened up the box and no power cable for the computer, Despite being checked from staff. Absolute joke, I will think twice before going in Curry’s again!!!! Also the discount finished yesterday advertised that the pc being 800 pounds and selling it on offer for 599, guess what ??? on display today in my local store no offer nothing Same Pc sold for 649 pounds , guys don’t be fooled by the seasonal discounts

Poor customer service. I came to the store needed help, but the shop assistants were busy talking about how wasted they were the other night than to help me... also got cheated into buying some additional stuff that happened to be unnecessary. If you want to be ignored or greeted with 'what do you want?!' .... go to this store... but be prepared!
