Got a Samsung galaxy s10 from curry's world which has a carphone warehouse in it on 9th July 2020, two young men helped me out, they where both good customer orientated, they help me change over my items from one phone to another, which I am very pleased as I don't have a clue, I am very happy with my new phone, also could not put my old phone back to factory setting and one of the gentlemen try to help me do that, I would recommend there services to anyone,

This store is a welcome addition to Tottenham Court Road. My only complaint is that it's not it's own Google Shop! That being said, it's a very fun and pleasant experience visiting. There are a good selection of Google products available on show for people to play with. A Google Cast both for showing people how easy it is to us. A huge screen for taking advantage of Google Maps is a great interactive experience. And sometimes, if you're lucky, the staff will have the digital spray cans out which you are free to play with and create your own Google Doodle (or play hangman with them which I did when I visited!). The staff themselves are very friendly and helpful, willing to show and explain to you the products that Google offer. Nexus phones and tablets, Chromecasts and Google Play credit. I just wish there was a bigger Android Wear experience here.

This store is closed and has been for some time. I had gone here in the hope of exchanging a faulty Google Home device and was told on arrival that the Google Shop here no longer existed, and I needed to resolve the issue online. To prevent others from wasting their time, Google Maps needs to remove this place from its platform or mark it as closed. The staff at the Currys informed me that they have told Google this many times but their requests have been ignored - evidently so because I can still review it on Google Maps!

It's not there! The Google store closed over a year ago and staff there told me they keep informing Google but Google map isn't updated. What a waste of time and money going there ????

Shop = stand but all in place. Knowledge of personel ... -1 star

Service is incredibly slow, workers use too much time talking to their coworkers as friends instead of finishing the customer they already started helping. Finding an item can take 3-4 people and 15 minutes of your time, seems more like they are lazy than unable to find the item. All around very dissatisfied with the service. Store looks nice though

Reasonable selection of Chromebooks, but the Android tablet availability is surprisingly poor. The staff are knowledgeable to a basic level, but don't look for too much detail. It's an okay showroom.

I'll be honest, I was a little disappointed with what was on offer at the Google Store. A typical Dixon's/PC World, but with added Google goodness, I was expecting more from their flagship store. Some interesting things to do in there though, and very friendly and welcoming staff.

The store is good (like a Best Buy) but is not at all what you would expect to be a Google Shop! Only had a few Google products

Calling this a Google shop is a disgrace comparing it to a Samsung shop or Apple store. Google's products are scattered throughout a part of Curry's and the Pixel slate (although it's been released for months) is not even there. There was one (very friendly) Google employee but the shop itself is just lacking.

I love the Google shop. A lot of Google products on display and loads of fun stuff to do, which highlights some of Google's amazing software.

I love Google and I love the idea of showing people how to use Google products. They also run some events to learn more in-depth functionalities about the products for newbies. There is also a maxi screen which displays Maps and some physical controls where you can zoom in anywhere in the World.

I think it's great that Google has a high Street presence but it's a very disappointing experience. This is a showroom rather than a shop because it is not possible to purchase anything and the advisors with whom I spoke seemed only to have a very basic knowledge of Google products. This does not present Google in a good light. Fortunately the shop is inside Curry's so you can take your business there.

Visited to take a look at the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL and found the staff to be very helpful. Nice store overall, nicely laid out with plenty of things you can try.

I had a problem with my Pixel 2 and the Google assistant was not very helpful. He didn't even really look at my phone, and didn't seem to know how to help. I left with no resolution to my issue.

Designed for fun! Loving the environment and I hope there are more Google stores in London or in the UK. The staff are very nice as well.

Fun mess free graffiti wall & a hidden photo booth - I guess you could always try out the neat Google products after you're done playing too...

I really got my hopes up when I learned there was now a Google Shop. But it's not a shop. There is a demo of Google Earth and a few other things, but none of the hardware I was looking for was in stock or on demo; Nexus 5X, Nexus 9 and, in particular, Pixel C. Very nice and enthusiastic staff though, who I feel are being let down by Google. Was advised to try Carphone Warehouse instead. What a missed opportunity.

Experiments are fun to try out - only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is I had an interesting conversation with an employee who tried to convince me the original Chromecast was 720p only...don't think it is, but I may be wrong! Either way, very friendly.

Such a potential. Too bad the staff are not devoted Googlers that holds knowledge about all the amazing Google services that are available. The times I've visited I wanted to take over their customer care as they were incapable of answering what the customer asked for.

You always learn something new about your Chromebook, Nexus or anything in general about your Google services. Bright generous smiles. And the Doodlewall is good fun.

The Google shop is very small compared to the whole shop, but there are a lot of Google products!

Good to have somewhere that is dedicated to Google's products and services, but it is too small and there is not enough on display. It feels like, other than the shop window, nothing has changed in the year or so since it opened. There's a handful of Chromebooks and a couple of Nexus phones to play with, but where's the Chromebook Pixel, Pixel-C tablet or Android Wear watches?!! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, however, and won't try up-selling you unnecessary stuff. There are also interactive doodles and a massive Google Earth to play around with, as well as regular in-store events. So it's OK, but it doesn't fulfil its potential.

Tiny section of the store is used as a Google shop, showcasing their products and Chromebooks. It's nothing compared to Apple or even Samsung stores.

Good, but the Gaming Bunker has been assassinated by some teenagers. Also, certain (relatively new phones) e.g. OnePlus 3 are not on display.

I love Google but this is nothing to shout about. Just a corner of Curry's with a few Google stands, shame really as it should be a flagship type affair.

Very cool giant Google earth to play with, as well as an interactive shop front. Their products were out of date though, did not have their newest phones on display when I went.
