Unfortunately had to visit the store because my mobile phone had a battery issue. The whole process was smooth, I had to give my name at the door for my booked appointment and the whole place was clearly safe and adhering to COVID-19 restrictions. Shoutout to Ali who helped me get my phone sent for repair and was super professional and friendly.

I had a bad experience here????, when I asked the assistant at the door if they had any leads he just pointed to a couple of members of staff without saying anything, and when I tried to explain to them that I was looking fir a c type to c cable he interrupted me and told me to put my mask back over my mouth, especially while I was talking. I was only adjusting the mask to make sure they could hear me, why did he rudely interupt me, it wouldn't happen anywhere else ! After that point I wasn't going to buy anything from them anyway, because I didn't like the comments or the way he uttered them. Then he got a lead out but he didn't know how long it was, he just kept saying it should be the same size as the one that came with my phone, he refused to commit to it's length, he just seemed so very haughty for a young man. I had a problem the last time I came in here because an assistant implied that any wireless charger which was not made by Samsung would potentially damage my Samsung phone, for example anything on Amazon. ???? I won't be coming back here again in a hurry, next time I will buy an Apple phone, the customer service is so much better there. Samsung is over rated, avoid this store unless you are willing to buy whatever they put in front of you. ????

Bit underwhelmed with the experience. When asking questions. The advisor seemed uninterested. When asking about the difference between handsets. The answer was not sure. Really didnt see the point of an advisor if they are just standing their being a body. Surprising from samsung employee.

The major reason for my satisfaction is the care and attention given to me by Tanzim, the young person working for Samsung. I took time to explain my difficulties with the use of my tablet. She was extremely patient. I appreciate that. Not only that: she went the extra mile especially for me. I really appreciate that. Tesco Customer Service could learn a thing or two from Tanzim. It's not enough for them to sell Samsung products, nice as that is. Tesco should actually offer customers the care that they say they offer. If they don't do this, I will continue to complain about them. Every little complaint I make will help them from being ignorant, indifferent business types. Thanks Tanzim. Thanks Samsung

This is an exciting time to be in the Samsung store in Oxford Street. Today's launch of the latest handsets means it's packed. If you are a mobile nut, and I am, it's heaven. What could be better than all this phone loveliness? Really good service. The staff were still able And willing to sort me out, notwithstanding the crowd. Pleasant professional service. Like Apple used to have. Full marks Samsung. Really happy.

I went to the store and spent 15 minutes waiting in a empty store for someone to even acknowledge my presence... The staff was in their own world oblivious to the customers needs and I saw at least 2 customers asking the staff there to recommend them accessories, as if they know more than the staff... Basically the staff was not interested in going that little extra to assist the customers... The security was threatening to me and when I approached him to ask a question he laterally lied to my face (who knows what people like that are capable of doing! and at the end I had to wait a week for an appointment.. But here is the important thing for the people out there who have humanity... They did not fix my phone! tried to charge for for things that had nothing to do with the original problem (250£s)... And if not I have to give them a lot of money just to get my phone back... I have spoken to the highest authority in that store and he was not listening to a word I was saying, passing me off! He did not try to help me or assist me to someone who can help me... I asked for investigation into this matter and he kept saying you have spoken to someone already and they had to get him to do his job and kept wanting money from me... Go and see for yourself if you don't believe me... But don't buy anything because you would litterly be burning your money!

First time went right after my work beginning of March to buy Samsung S20 ultra. They actually refused me to show phone. They probably taught i am not a genuine buyer. They spend extra time with someone who good looking doesn't matter if he buy phone or not. Then i ask myself why Apple leading smartphone market when samsung is much more better. They do care everyone same way no matter who they are. I did not want to buy a phone without physical look. Sadly move to apple again. However, i urgently ask Samsung to do improve customer service otherwise you will lose a loyal customer like me.

The worst of it all you have to book for an appointment before they can diagnosed what is wrong with even when you have no alternative phone to message you from..

A very positive experience at Samsung Oxford Street today. A special thanks to Shiv who was very calm and patient in explaining what had gone wrong with my phone. Great personal service! I also bought a back up phone from the store and the assistant was very pleasant and helpful (sorry I didn't get his name!) Well done Samsung.

I recently ordered the Samsung fold 2 from this store (few weeks ago) as I was told I could preorder the phone and receive it early if I paid directly in store. I was told a staff member from the store would call me in advance when the phone was ready to collect. It is now way past the date I was supposed to have the phone and I have heard nothing from anyone at Samsung Oxford Street. There isn't even a contact number for you to call the store. I called general customer services for Samsung today and asked them what was going on and they informed me unapologetically that there is a delay and that the Oxford Street branch should have already contacted me to let me know. They haven't and I find that extremely disappointing from a customer service point of view. For an apparent premium brand with premium prices they have let a loyal customer down. Why encourage customers to preorder a new product, take payment and then not deliver the product on the agreed date and just forget about the customer and not bother getting in touch with them?!? If i was called or emailed in advance with the situation explained i would be a little more sympathetic but this is inexcusable. I would not recommend this Samsung store.

I would rather be hit by a bus than go through the ordeal of owning a Samsung and subsequently having to deal with the grossly inept, rude and unprofessional staff at this store. If you’re considering buying a Samsung product- grow up! Go to the Apple Store it will save you time and money in the long run.

Very friendly service. I was able to get an appointment set up on the store and was asked to come back 2 days after. My phone needed a battery change and it being old and bought from Asia, i was worried they wouldnt be able to service it. However, they were able to replace my battery. my phone was left in the store and 2 days after was delivered to my home unscathed. Thanks!

Managed to get a on the day appointment as they had a last minute cancellation. Staff saw me before my appointment time as I arrived early and they were free. Was served by lovely Asif. Very helpful, polite and friendly staff member. Went the extra mile to print me a report which is could potentially help exchange m phone.

New updated review and still 5 star. Went in today, the lady at the door asked me about the mask, I didn't have one. Instead of being patronising and annoying like in some other stores she pointed to a box of new single use masks and hand sanitizer. This is what every store should do. Very happy with a way I was treated.

The products are amazing and the staff here are friendly. I like the screen protector franchise at the back of the store. I like that we can pick up the product versus waiting for an online delivery BUT I can not believe how many items were out of stock. Would give 5 stars if there was some super experience I could get from the store that I don't get online.

Nice store, nice staff. Unfortunately Stuart the 'Service Manager', if you can you can call him that, treated me and my partner disgustingly. I needed a new headphone case, but he told me without the serial code of the original case (which was now gone) he could not give me a new one. After admitting Samsung made a mistake, he still refused to offer any alternative solution, refused to pass me onto anybody superior and asked me to leave the store. It took 30 minutes for him to give me the number to customer solutions. This man has no people skills, and stood nervously over me whilst stroking his little goblin beard as he clearly knew I was right as a customer. The staff in this store were fine but do not ever expect to get anywhere with this manager. Went to Selfridges after and they gave me a discount on a new pair.

I wish I could give them a zero. Completely wasted 3 hours of my life. They actually plainly told me that they were doing repairs that will not help (because they don't know whats causing the problem) until my warranty runs out so I would either have to pay for an ongoing problem or leave them alone as they don't supply replacement phone. TEAM IPHONE HERE I COME! Reply to samsung: then fix the phone! I just wabted to fully functioning phone

What a sham!! Made me travel ALL the way to kings cross samsung store just to be told they do not sell screen protectors or fit them on. Spoke to the kings cross staff and apparently they have been doing this to ALL of their customers!!! At least say the TRUTH! COWARDS! Why lie to people??? Oxford street needs to re-train all their staffs and needs to learn basic human etiquettes. Fools! Kings cross staff were amazing! Thank you kings cross for upholding the good image of Samsung.

Never getting another Samsung phone again... The S10 doesn't want to charge. I've already had the same phone repaired for the same reason before and they want me to pay even more than I did the first time. The first the guy took my phone out of my hand and said if I didn't pay there charges the wouldn't give my device back even though they admitted the fault wasn't down to me. This time I have a slight crack in screen so they want me to pay £230 before they even fix the charger port even that has nothing to do with the charging issue. Apparently the so called water resistance/waterproof phone was broken by the same charger it came with. They lady in the store also said they recommend you don't use other people's chargers as this can break the super fragile S10 charger port. Samsung you don't deserve anything for Christmas because you've been as bad as they get.. Over and out

After purchasing a new Samsung A40 mobile I had trouble signing in to my Samsung account so I contacted Samsung at the branch. The technician that I spoke to was absolutely brilliant. He was so very helpful and talked everything through we me and sorted out the problem. Not once did he ''talk down'' to me or make me feel stupid as people tend to do this. He was extremely patient and I can't thank him enough for his help.
