Went in with a connection issue of my 360 Degree Camera to connect with s7 and s9 phones and with in Minutes was sorted. The staff member was very helpful, patient and open to explain ln layman terms the situation, allowing me to leave the store confident to follow through with my new product by myself. Great atmosphere with music in background and a nice character and welcoming vibe from the store over all. Would go back there again for any issues I have in the future.

I was told on phone no appointment needed to see the support team. However when I arrived I was told it is appointment only, and this hasn't been communicated to phone or chat support. I now have to come back next week. Also be aware that Samsung say watches are under guarantee for two years, but there is a £25 fee if they cant find an issue.

Well first is a really small store for the name of Samsung the diversity of products is okay but nothing overwhelming and staff even having a good knowledge of the products and some customer skills aren't enough for Samsung the biggest smartphone manufacturer of the world however if aren't a tech enthusiastic you may have a good experience. Samsung needs something much bigger in all ways possible and a create a new way to sell their phones and other gadgets in way creatively.

I agree with the previous reviewer, utterly useless. I live in Berkshire and wanted to purchase a Samsung Note 10+ 5G, so I have tried to call them, to make sure they have this in stock before I travel all the way into London, but unfortunately they do not believe in Customer Service and do not answer their phones. After a lengthy ringing a voice comes on to say 'we are sorry but due to large call volume we are unable to answer your call, please call back later'. If this is indeed the case, they should employ sufficient staff to provide a basic customer service. Anyway, I have decided to switch brand to a new brand which does provide some basic Customer Service!

Was advised by Samsung to go in to store to get my watch repaired as it has broken AGAIN. I travelled for over an hour to get to the store only to be told they are having a launch and they couldn't even book my watch in. I am furious, I can see why people like Apple, so much better customer service.

The technician I finally met, plus the first technician who helped, salvaged what could have been a negative experience and were very helpful. Overall I'd have rated it two star if not for them, as the careless attitude when you go in for repair downstairs is very off putting. I was told I was first in the queue but it took twenty minutes to get seen to log in. The two technicians were both great. Thanks!

Kept me updated on a repair throughout the day which enabled me to stay in London rather than go and come back a day or two later. Other companies can learn from Samsung. Very well done!

Latest and greatest samsung gadgets are available as demo. Fully functional for your trial needs. Staff is readily available to help and quite keen to do so. Be awar, it can get busy, especially neat release dates of new flagship phones. Many just want to play with the new equipment. They are very knowledgeable and if they cant answer, they will find the information for you. Definitely stop by if you are considering samsung gadgets.

The classic tourists rip-off in London. Do not spend your money here. First and foremost, the prices are unbelievable higher then the rest of the market, you can get the same products elsewhere for much cheaper prices. Plus, they've invented this promotion of a "cashback reward", so they say. But in the end, when you try to retrieve this "reward" it's simply a gadget from Samsung, if you're able to get it, that is. I bought a phone with one of this reward and at the moment of the payment one of the managers assure me that the reward was easy to get as long as I would've done within 30 days from the purchase and so I did but guess what? The promotion wasn't available anymore after just one week from the purchase, even after spending 600 pounds. Not only that, one of the servant, at the moment of the purchase he told me that he would've sent me an email with a copy of my receipt as a proof of purchase to retrieve the award but then again, I haven't received nothing. I've tried to call their costumers service for 3 days in a row but the only answer that I've got was a registration saying that they we're to busy to get to call and to try again later. So I did even thought the should be a waiting time to get the call connected but nothing, same answer everyday, even during their closing time. So I had to go personally to the shop and I live 2 hours away from the location. Got there and I ask to speak with a manager and a lady came to me and I've told her that I needed the copy of the receipt to retrieve the award, then they looked at me as I was an idiot, and told me that I could've simply sent a picture from my mobile, but when I've asked them why if I could've get such a simple answer by the phone, I had to travel for two hours because their lines we're always too busy to get the call even during closing time she started to caugh and gulp but I couldn't get a straight answer. So I ended up with an overpriced phone, without their fake reward and the worst costumers service ever, and no one apologized to me, to only thing they could do is look down on me to show me how stupid I was. One advice, avoid this place, by all means.

I bought a Type C charge April 2019 because of my previous one came with phone start to slow charching. New one made same problem that’s why I visit the store. Their explanation was so weird. If the charger comes with phone it has 1 year warranty but if you buy a brand new one it has 6 months warranty. Both Samsung, both brand new and both original. Also They should change the previous one because of it was in its first year but they prefer to sell me a new one instead of making the explanation. So 1 star is also too much to give for this problem.

Beautiful store, friendly and helpful members of staff apart from one! I am referring to tech support member Peter at Samsung Oxford Street. I have never come across such an arrogant, immature and passive aggressive person who is paid to deal with Samsung users. Customers spend thousands of pounds and want the aftercare and support from someone who actually gives a toss! I was so shocked and stunned by his lack of concern! He always wanted the last word and kept shutting me down! All I wanted was some help with my new phone. I wasn't asking him to turn water into wine. He actually had a new trainee shadowing him! If you don't like your job mate, then do something else! Absolutely terrible!

Brilliant in every way. Was lucky enough to be served by Kane who is the guru of all things Samsung who despite not being able to sell TVs at the store checked central warehouse and made sure I was able to buy the TV of my choice with a demo of the features. His colleagues were also helpful in chasing him up when he was busy with another customer. If you need anything Samsung make sure you deal with Kane.

My experience at this store, as someone who has owed a Samsung smartphone from the Galaxy S2 and most of them a pre-order basis, is mixed. In fact, I have enjoyed testing new technology, such as a virtual-reality setup. However, my overall experience here is poor: this dates back some years ago and the first experience was related to a Galaxy S View cover, which were known to be flawed in their design and would break; yet, the staff would argue with nonsensical arguments, with the sole aim of selling me another cover, which I resisted. Overall customer service and general knowledge of product is usually poor, too. Most of their focus is on sales, and some can come across as unhelpful and disagreeable. Even with basic device or software issues, their solution implies resetting the device to factory default, when even a standard user can accomplish this operation unassisted. On one such occasion, I was lucky enough to meet Samsung engineer or technician, who confirmed the advice I was given was incorrect. Whether the fault lies with individual member of staff or Samsung at corporate level, they owe to invest part of the trillions won, thank goodness it is only (ten) billions of pounds sterling, of their marketing budget on their people, to improve customer satisfaction. What is the point of sending me surveys year after year?

Great tech not so great customer service. Like most retail shops now days you walk in and see the staff talking to each other in groups off 2 or 3 even the manger is doing this as will. Just asking question got me passed around the store. It wasn't a great customer experience.

First time I call them I ask if I can have from the store the Samsung note 20 ultra 512 GB They said yes of course Then the same day I been there they say we don't have it After 3 weeks I took my new phone there because the screen have problem and the seller said we can not help u becouse u didn't buy from this store Can imagine 1.300 pounds phone and can not help me And still Samsung ignored all my e-mail about the problem phone

Marvellous place the food is good .the place is very clean the toilet is clean.bar is clean that is the most important place I look at.as for me the staff are very friendly .and the kitchens is super clean the beach is .good meet nice people friendly .Directors is a very handy man Anna Tokaryeva very serious lady I fall in love with all the staffs. I wish every one think the same way as me. My experience from the store was distasteful. In July 2019 I bought a phone and by March the life battery and hardware functions were faulty, went to the store, though in warranty and the phone being in good condition they were charging me £150 to replace the battery, cover and fix the faulty if the phone. All while being condescending. There were no damage to the phone but the staff was trying to take the piss and telling about a curve on the side of the phone that was invisible to any other person present that I asked.

Very disappointed with overall experience. Went in asking for a screen protector for a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus was diverted in store to a team who sell screen protectors. Find out they aren't Samsung and were looking to charge 70 pounds for a back and front screen protector. Staff here are unapproachable, no customer experience. You get a complete different experience in Samsung Kings Cross. The store is overwhelming. Dark.

Absolutely useless. Don’t bother shopping in this store, much better service at their Westfield Stratford (East London) Store. I’ve been in this store twice in the last two weeks and on both occasions found the staff unhelpful, inexperienced, with zero customer service. Please also be mindful when a member of staff disappears for ages with your I.D (Drivers Licences, Credit Card etc), they are not supposed to do that. Your credit card etc should be visible by you at all times despite what the sales associate says. By all means pop in store to take a look at the phone you’re interested in but my advice purchase elsewhere .

The moment you enter the store, you are greeted which is always a good sign. On this occasion there was so much staff which meant that you could see some standing in groups chatting away, which isn't a big issue but I don't think it really represents good customer service. I was helped by Kevin and Shiv who were both really nice and very supporting. My issue wasn't solved but I was still given an excellent customer experience.

Customer service was amazing. All the personel are ready to help, are very informative and are knowledgeable about the products. They were really helpful with choosing the right phone for me. I could not find a Gear S3 watch band, however the staff offered me great alternatives. Back in Bulgaria there is a Samsung store however I just wish we have the same customer experience and offers as here.

We went into this store, which is quite far from any tube station, with the idea of buying the Samsung S10 Plus. Upon entering we were greeted by a new starter with a warm and friendly smile and greeting. A good start. Store is clean and filled with Samsung tech (obviously). After asking how he can assist us I told him we wanted to buy said phone and he asked how, credit or cash, getting better. Cash. A seasoned member of staff assisted him, he's new remember, we headed downstairs to the processing area with my son's immaculately kept S8. They offered £130 for (WTH!) but okay. The seasoned staff then said, without asking, they're looking to get this on credit. The new interjected and said "No. Cash" Well done, sir. Because of him they get 4 stars, because of her and her assumptions they lose one. Do better Samsung. I may not be decked out in labels but it doesn't mean I don't have money.

Great shopping experience. The whole has the Samsung's products you can think of, so it's a great place where to see and try every device that the brand has to offer. The guys working there are nice and very knowledgeable as well and I felt taken care of. Didn't buy anything on this visit, but it was surely great to make up my mind on which product I am buying next. Great to visit if you are in the area and are interested in the latest and greatest technology from Samsung. I have also been informed that there will be shortly another shop opening in Stratford, so if you are in East London just follow the news.

Unless you have a UK passport, a UK driver licence or a Residency Card You cannot apply for Finance in this branch. Doesn't matter if you have a UK Bank Account, they don't even bother to do a credit check to evaluate your eligibility (like all the other shops). Wake up, Samsung, it's almost 2020!

Went there yesterday to get my screen repaired, had made an online appointment beforehand and was even a bit early for it. Still had to wait for 10 minutes until someone even spoke to me, only to be told to sit and wait further. After asking for progress after 20 minutes I finally got to hand them my phone 10 minutes later. Now I'm back to pick up the repaired phone, a process which should be doable in 2 minutes including paying and checking my identify. Been here for 17 minutes and only just now progressed as far as the "please sit and wait" stage. The phone repair itself wasn't exactly cheap but appears to have been carried out well.
