lovely service as the staff were really friendly. They explained everything and answered my all questions. The queue was a bit of a wait but all apple stores are like that currently due to the pandemic. I got a quote for my repair and the real price in less than 10 hours. Collected it a week later. Plus the store is very pretty on the inside as well. Very spacious. my favourite apple store to go to!

The experience Apple is going for may be had here. Swish decor and friendly knowledgeable staff. My most recent support visit turned out to be only a faulty charger but the tech (Kevin?) took some extra time to run some additional diagnostics while we talked about travel plans. I left with a working MacBook Pro and feeling very pleased with how it went.

Awful customer service. Booked an appointment at 3pm, only to be told there were 14 people in front of me. Was seen close to 4pm. Had already spoken to Apple support who had said that I would be going in for a simple swap. When they did diagnostics they decided to repair the phone rather than swap it. Wasted three hours with me unable to get home and unable to return to work. Woman outside had a huge attitude. Really stressful experience and a massive waste of time, missed two appointments as a result. Been a customer for over a decade. Really unimpressed.

Arrived by appointment then waited 40 minutes just to be told they cannot replace the battery in my laptop. They are unable to offer ordering the battery and letting me know when it arrived. They asked me to leave my laptop there for 3 weeks until the battery arrives. Seriously?? What’s wrong with Apple??

Staff are nice, but not sure about the hardware service. We went in after almost three hours of waiting, the issue is not fixed and we have to go in and waste another couple of hours. A bit disappointed but no choice if we need to get things fix.

I had visit to Apple store Covent garden, on 17th and I've met one of the best security guard outside the store which he helped me with excellent customer service skills also , showed that he loves his job and he loves helping people , I've dropped my wallet with full cash , he had to follow me and handle it , to me what fantastic guy , he refused giving him cash as reward for my wallet absolutely amazing lad , his name was hajj he said he was from algera , thank you so much mate , thank for apple you have such great security guards.

Another victim of their four year planned obsolescence. I purchased a macbook pro in 2015 from mid-late 2014 for almost £2,000, comes 2018 and I can't update to OS Mojave. As result, not able to install update and work my usual creative apps as most now require the 2018 OS. So frustrating, never again will fall for it. I can't do any work now because of this.

Very bad customer service. Iphone 12 pro max doesn't even meet the basic smartphone standard such as not connecting to wifi properly. Spent hours on case numbers, got told to book appointment in person. They only ran basic tests and blamed the customer's wifi, but all the other divices in the house are fine. My suggestion don't buy iphone 12 pro max otherwise you are going to end up spending your money on a phone that causes you stress and inconvenience.

Arbitrary queuing (there was literally no one at the entrance but the woman in charge makes me walk right around the barriers??) I 100% get that you need to socially distance your customers but there was literally no point in this as there was no one in front of me!! Staff don’t bother speaking they just point like you are cattle. Unnecessarily rude. Was gunna buy a new phone today but you have just lost a sale. Job done ✅ ????

I wanted to replace my battery on my Iphone XR, so I booked an appointment at apple on genius bar covent garden , gave all my details and phone model, and once I went there this sunday they said we don’t have the battery on stock !! Jesus I spend around 5 hours of my sunday travelling to central london from rainham, very disappointed, all that apple store should have loads of batteries in case !! Or at least have a stock so people can worth their journeys and get the job done!!

I am not the type of person who leaves reviews, in fact, this may be the fist time doing this however, last week I went to this store and my mum and I did not have the best experience/ approach at the beginning that we are used to from the apple team. I do have to mentioned that my issue was addressed with a single interaction with William Henry, he was very understandable, professional and respectful. This is a remainder to all apple staff to just be kind to everyone. I know something it could be hard - I get that but just remember, we are all the same and these has been really hard times for most people also, we never know what the person next to us is going through so please, just be kind and paciente with everyone. Payed £250 for insurance, dropped the phone, cracked the screen, bent the case, apple said awww poor fella, its only cosmetic so we charge you for the screen!! What a ripoff guys!!! DONT BUY APPLE PRODUCTS!!!!! it’s overpriced and even with insurance they’ll charge you, and not change the whole phone cause it’s only cosmetic!!! Stay away!!!!!

My phone stopped working, in order to get it repaired needed to book an appointment at the genius bar The time slots available online weren’t suitable so I decided to come directly to the store They booked me in within the following 30min Excellent customer experience, in particular I am grateful that Mackie from Genius bar served me that day. Super friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful replaced my iphone which was in warranty

My phone fell from my bedside table and the screen got slightly damaged on corner. it was enough to lose visibility of half screen. with such an expensive item why does it get damaged from such a low height and it costs as much as £200 to fix ? It’s not right. I ve been furloughed for nearly a year. I am tired of being ripped off by apple.

Have always went there, whether it was to fix my phone or to buy a new one, the costumer service is always kind and fast and the shop itself looks very beautiful and clean. I have taken away a star not because of the store itself but because of the irrational rule that you need to be 18 or over/have someone 18 or over with you to fix your phone, yes, you can buy a phone at any age but to repair one you need to be 18 or over, which was quite annoying travelling to the store which took 45 minutes and being denied a repair because you’re 17. The website itself also does not say you need to be 18 or over when booking a repair, it has to be hidden somewhere in the terms of service...

Today I can leave a five star, but normally the rating is a zero with a few bad experiences in the past. I dealt with a staff member called Max, he was on point and accommodating. If only all the other staff acted like him it would be so much less of a tense environment. Mostly when I go there I feel like the staff are on edge and I am in a Russian prison camp. But the tall blonde Max changed my opinion of apple. All people want is good customer service it makes them return. Egotistical staff turn people off.

Kept me waiting an hour and forty minutes for an appointments. Charged me £660 to fix a factory issue with my logicboard and didn’t supply me with the faulty logicboard afterwards so that I have no way to show this. Ignored my formal complaint for a week and then sent a curt and unprofessional response email. Apple has no regard for long term customers. They have just turned someone who has been buying Apple products for decades and who has spent in excess of £15k on Apple products into someone who will convince everyone they know to not use their products. Big brands, even those as big as Apple, who treat loyal customers like this should be careful as eventually there will be a critical mass of detractors and the brand will lose desirability.

My experiences in this store have been overall positive. The wait time for an appointment isn't always the quickest if you have an urgent repair. You can go in and queue without one, but you can wait from anything to 10 minutes to 2-3 hours and it's probably best to avoid. In my experience staff are both knowledgeable and friendly.

We bought IMAc computer this week then we noticed a small vertical line near the camera, we went back to apple trinity store to check if the rest of the mac has the same vertical line and we noticed there is nothing. We talked to the staff name Dan, he was very helpful and assisted us through the process to get the replacement. Thank x
