They treat you like a germ. Mandatory hand sanitiser, face coverings and temperature check. Felt more in a hospital than in a shop, particularly an Apple shop which used to provide a great customer experience. Not coming back or buying Apple products anymore.

After having to stand through 3 different queues just to get in (although the store is almost completely empty of people) you must be escorted like a felon throughout the store by the most rude and impatient employees I have ever seen in an apple store worldwide. Just close the shops it would be better than to hurt your reputation like this

Huge shop, great if you like Apple products. Has an enormous TV screen, it's worth going there just for that.
Just be careful walking out with your Apple bag containing a grand plus worth of shiny new stuff. You don't want to get it robbed in the street!

Not one to usually leave reviews, but today I have to. I was trying to get my mum a gift for her birthday. Called on the phone was greeted by an amazing colleague called Mihai, who truely went above and beyond to help me, just as I thought all my options were up, he was able to save the day for me! Great customer service! Truely amazing staff member could have turned me down like the other staff from other branches or over the phone but he really done his best to help me get what I wanted and I am really grateful. This review is for the staff member, and for the Apple to recognise this staff member ????????????????

I enjoyed visiting the Apple Store in Covent Garden, it is actually very near Covent Garden underground station and not far from the buskers and Street performers which are always interesting around here. I was collecting a new iPad air, and there were plenty of staff, and the store didn’t feel overcrowded. Someone was doing a presentation on a screen to help people learn how to use an iPad when I was there. I was served by a pleasant young lady who was very quick to take the bar code and see my ID. The iPad was brought down very quickly and the atmosphere while I waited was calm but invigorating. The staff are very pleasant and polite.

After 3 years of using my IPad Pro one day it stop to work it won’t come on any more, I went to apple shop in Covent Garden one they told me they can’t fixed my iPad is the the software is the folty and they can’t do anithing with it how come is the apple product you should be able to fix it they told they can only recycle it for me and to try to sale me another one I’m don with apple product's never buying one agine.

This place is amazing. I haven't been to an Apple Store as big and intriguing as this one. Lots and lots of apple devices and computers to touch and play with but more importantly workshops and staff helping people everywhere. I swear I probably saw 30 employees and maybe 6 of them came up to me asking if I needed help.
If I had time I would have stayed for a workshop but if your in the area definitely stop in to check it out.

Its quieter and less crowded than other stores. Better appointment availability and most importantly the employees are very friendly and supportive. Specifically SILVIA! she is fantastic, very supportive, kind and smart. Apple is lucky to have her! Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. Thanks to Silvia.

One of the best Apple Store in UK, IMO it is the best. Not like regent street, not a lot of people in Covent Garden so very quiet compare to that. I like The today at Apple sessions, I have learnt a lot of things from that.
Well, I go to there quite often, and advice people visit there at lease once if appropriate.

I had an amazing experience here. My iPhone 6 screen broke (was still working though, I could back it up and hear text messages coming through), I took it into the store, and they REPLACED the whole phone with a brand new iPhone 6 straight out of the box within 24 hours for only the cost of a new battery (£45). I don't know how I got so lucky! But thank you Apple :) You really made my day / week / month!

Came today to get a screen protector fitted, when I entered the guys at the door were friendly and sent me upstairs to been seen. When I approached the employee fitting the phone cases he told me he was just with someone and wouldn’t be long. I ended up waiting 20 minutes and then when I asked how long he’d be he ignored me. So annoying! Luckily found another phone shop near by which was much more helpful and polite!

Always found the staff to be friendly, keen to assist but not pushy. I like the way they have recently dedicated a number of floors to one-to-one support. They have free app workshops for all and offer free summer camps and field trips for school children. Generally, a more enjoyable experience shopping for Apple products than before they launched these flagship stores, when you had to seek out smaller retailers with minimal knowledge. My only tip is to avoid weekends if possible.

Staff is not paying attention to their jobs, telling the wrong direction, not really helping at all. People take their time to go to the store for better information, not just so your staff can make one leave or stay as they wish.

I love Apple products, but recent situation with Apple store in Covern Garden shocked me deeply. I bought a lot of items 2 weeks ago for my school for the price of 2500 pounds from the Apple website. The apple pan stopped working less then 2 weeks since I have purchased it because the pencil tip had lost. It is eventually can be missing easily, however, the Apple website nor staff from the apple store mention this on their website that the tip attached not strong enough to the pan and easily can be lost. We (customers) have to be careful to use the pan because in the original box there are no extra tips. Is the Apple company so poor to put a couple of extra tips? You have to buy them separately for 9 pounds for the 4 pieces. Why don’t they put a couple of spare ones? I came to the Covern Garden Apple store to return or exchange my pen, and the manager said that she cannot except a pen if the part is missing. So is it my fault now that they have such a bad quality and they don’t even mention on their website or in the store that the tip can be fell off and lost easily? It is ridiculous. In the result after I asked them to write an official response from the Apple store why they cannot accept their pan without a tip, they gave up and gave me tips for free, but they usually don’t do that! Before this, I told them I will wright a bad review, and the manager of the Covern Garden store just told me that they don’t care. They don’t care about their customers, and the quality of their products. Clearly they don’t care to keep their customers happy. I was shocked from the manager’s response. I was shocked from the pencil’s quality. It is BAD!

I was only coming for a Mac Air charger, so I didn't need much help other than finding it, and checking out. Dean came to help me out, whilst still helping other customers at the same time. He was able to communicate really well with myself and the other customers, without flustering and was a genuinely lovely guy. I'm glad I was helped by him.

went to buy my girlfriend AirPods as a surprise... was greeted by a friendly black girl with braids at the front door... really funny and helpful made me laugh while I was waiting in the line... she then pointed me to another lady who would assist me in choosing AirPods... lol when I asked her what the difference was between the 3 she told me the prices and what ones had noise cancelling. I said ok what one would you recommend... lol she said "I don't know your budget or your situation. I was offended. I said I didn't mind the price. I ended up purchasing the AirPods pros. only because the girl at the door first recommended them.

Purchased New iPhone 11 here 12 days ago. Paid an extra £30 to have super protective glass protection fitted on screen in store.... and guess what...
1 drop on the grass whilst walking the dog resulting in multiple cracks in the protective glass and recommend I should replace it. This is clearly a con by apple as a protective screen for £30 should at least be able to handle 1 small drop

It’s closed for a refurbishment. Biggest tech company in the world could at least put the info on google maps, so people don’t waste their time walking there. Construction security guard was very pleasant though ????
