I came to this shop with my son, only to be to seen to by the most attentive kind young gentleman. His knowledge and patience was very overwhelming as I took a step back and let them proceed. Cam you were amazing and a credit to the company. The world needs more cams!!!! Thank you!

Had appointment booked for 3:30 still stood outside 20 mins later while up to at least 9 staff inside and outside stand about chatting and dancing and generally doing nothing. Shocking customer service !!!

Good service for a big name. Great products for insane prices (but that’s not news—it’s the standard Apple way).
The waiting hours are long, but not as long as you might think for such a high traffic shop. The waiting/working spaces are crowded, but they don’t feel as cramped as you might expect perhaps because they’re quite open and aesthetically pleasing. The staff are casually professional, but, unfortunately, not quite friendly (another unfortunate standard Apple practice?)
To be fair, many of the staff are great, but some seem intoxicated by the fact that they work for Apple in a pompous, ridiculous, pitiable way.

Beautiful store designed with the usual clean and sleek Apple aesthetic, but by far the worst service I’ve ever received in an Apple store. Some waiting is to be expected (an appointment at noon rarely, truly, is an appointment at noon) but we had to wait 45 minutes past our original appointment time before we got attended to. What is the point of setting up an appointment then? Just to get a seat at the table? In addition to this, no apology was offered, making it seem like this is just commonplace. Sadly enough, you’re basically stuck with this Apple store in London, as it’s hard to find an alternative.

If you want to buy some apple product then there is an army of sales representative to greet you. Service is good etc.
However, if you are here for repair or warranty etc. then you need an appointment with so called geniuses at the genius bar.
Friendly people, no doubt about it, but feels like with Apple's dwindling quality with products especially Macbook from recent years, they need to up their head count in their flagship store.
No real car park facilities nearby and closest tube stations are not step free so don't bother bringing big Apple kit here.

Apple replaced my busted display card on my laptop for free! It would have cost me £470 if I had to pay for it myself! Nice staff and good customer service. Nice toilets too.

Incredibly beautiful shop, good customer service. I've bought a new mac here a few months ago and the service was on point, I really felt looked after especially because they helped me in picking the right mac for my needs instead of trying to push for an upsell and to get more money out of me.
I also often walk in just to see the products or to watch some of their "masterclasses" showing on a big screen how to use certain products and getting customers to engage in said activities.
It is also considerably less busy than its Oxford Street counterpart which is always packed full and makes it quite hard to be able to try products or to interact with the staff.

Always busy but easy for me to get to. Placed an order got there with my confirmation email docs and I was out in a jiffy. Super service super friendly staff and while I was there I spent 10min looking on how to edit videos on iMovie on the live big screen demonstration.

Yesterday (4 March 2020) my husband and I arrived in London from Florida. To us it was rainy and cold and we were terribly worn out from the overnight flight and many tube transfers with heavy baggage. Adding to our misery, the SIM card we had pre-purchased was not connecting properly so all our planned routes and saved maps and apps were useless. Magically, we happened upon this Apple store in Covent Garden and the sweetest man, Eddie, helped us out!!!! Seriously, this man took us without an appointment and was thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. He walked me through the whole process with my phone and got the SIM card working perfectly! There is no way my husband and I could have navigated or contacted anyone without his help. Thank you, Eddie! We hope you see this because you helped make a very unhappy situation turn right around!

Not the friendliest apple store, I just waisted 3 hours of my day, with 35 minutes till closing the store staff decided to turn her back on me and turned me away. I literally wasted my evening for nothing. Thanks but I am not coming back to your store again!

Great spot in London vibrant and busy Covent Garden. It might be an electronics store but it's far more welcoming and appealing to families and tourists alike. Sometimes people forget it's an electronics store and keep asking for the toilet lol.....no. Great service from the staff there too. It's so busy you wonder how they keep it all together.

Customer service is not what it used to be.... Before you had the service with a smile, I used to buy apple products because I knew that what ever happens they will fix it.
Today, you still get the smile but the moment you are not happy or you start to ask for more than a smile then you're left alone
I guess this is how brands start to loose their customers and die slowly

Really aesthetically pleasing store. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Went in to get my iPhone 6s battery replaced, this only took an hour which I felt was very reasonable timing given that it was a Saturday and the store was quite busy. Will return again if I need repairs.

I recently purchased an iPad online that arrived dead on arrival, I contacted Apple and an appointment was made for me to attend this store the following morning. I've never been to an apple store however I was surprised and very much appreciated the way I was greeted when i entered the store, and also when I was approached by the apple genius that dealt with me. He carried out the appropiate checks on my device and issued me with a new one within 20 mins if not less. I wish all electronic shops operated in this way.

Brilliant service. We went and took some pictures on the iPhones and the quality on them is amazing. We then tried all the little gadgets to see what they do. We found a little printer that we could print pictures on for free and we took some nice selfies and used it. It ran out of paper before we could get a copy each and there was a guy who's name I didn't catch who helped us out with his colleague Kelly (I think she was called Kelly). We have some nice photos to remember the day with now and it was a very nice service we got although we didn't buy anything!

Amazing theme. The architecture of the building is a piece of art. I don't know how apple does it, but they always make the nicest stores in the tech market. Even if your not bothered about buying anything, go and have a look and have a go on some of their gadgets (Tablets, phones, iPods, iPads, etc). Highly recommend.

Apple Store is like a modern magnet. Best have an aspirin and glass of water handy before you learn the price of the latest iPhones. The first house I bought was 9 times costlier than the 11pro and I suspect the gap is closing.
Still full though with customers and gawpers (like me) so Apple’s £/$billions are safe.

I bought a MacBook pro only two years ago and the screen just collapsed - for no reason. 10 years I’ve had a Sony for - no problems; and 8 years a Toshiba - no problems.
But Apple is twice as expensive!
