Not very easy or quick to go in and buy an iPhone. Hard to get someone to talk to you. When I managed to get put on the "waiting list" (just wanted to buy an iPhone and leave) we waited for 15 where they told us to wait and no-one came and had to do the process again. When we finally did get someone it was very smooth and they were lovely but there is no organisation on how to get someones attention without interrupting another customer.

I was helped by Nick who was an absolute angel, he was so patient with us and helped us through all our issues and made sure we were comfortable and understood everything and I came away with an iPhone XR so bonus there! I spoke to about 6 staff member yesterday and they were all friendly, helpful and chatty, great experience!

Loads of novelty things to buy. Every stall is different and unique with things you haven't seen before. Street performers frequent this place very often and looking at they're baskets they make quite a lot of money. Fun for everyone.

Not the best experience! I had walked in to see if I could get some advice on issues I was having with my device. Instead of giving me some insight, I was asked to go online and book as appointment, for something that the person could have told me themselves. I believe there needs to be a bit more focus on customers and their time. And that there shouldn’t be a requirement of an appointment for minor things that could be addressed at a moments notice! Overall the store was clean and tidy and probably is one of the best looking ones compared to other Apple Stores!

Awful service for my Macbook air
Very rude and unhelpful staff who wants you to pay for everything.
I bought the laptop a month ago and the screen got glitchy even thought it looks perfect outside without any damages or cracks. In genius bar they said I have to pay £400 to fix it which I find insane, it still has warranty and it is apple’s fault of this defect not mine. Really disappointed

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was buying an Apple Watch an apple store member/genius let me try on every strap before I bought the strap. He then went and had a look to see all the straps the had in small sizes they were incredibly helpful

Absolutely awful experience. I went to this store today after booking an appointment to replace my iphone XR device that had clear hardware issues within 5 months of purchase just to have two unprofessional employees tell me we do not have a solution and I need to go to another service provider. What’s the point of even buying an Apple device if your global warranty is useless and your staff were unhelpful! Complete waste of time and energy, absolutely frustrating.
