Warranty, what Warranty!
iPad Pro 12.9 had broken glass, fractured lcd and a bent chasis 3/4 of the way down (see photo from April).
iCorrect fixed iPad prompty , the chasis was straightened, looked like new but at a hefty cost of £450 and with a parts and labour warranty.
6 months latter the chasis is bent at the same place again and the glass cracked. Went back in person to iCorrect and received un-warm reception, the business owner implied my son was a lier because the iPad was obviously dropped. FYI it wasn't droped and regardless the iPad has a protective casing.
The iCorrect straightened chasis obviously weakened over a short period of time, bent and the glass fractured at the same point. Basically it should not of been fixed in the first place because the repair was bound to fail and now I am in a position where I am out of pocket and iCorrect refuse to fix the faulty repair.
Don't Bother, get yourself Apple Care or Gadget Insurance.

Had great experience with fixing my iPhone last year and my iPad earlier today. Very professional, fast and will give you candid feedback - for example with my iPad the extensive repair didn't make sense given it's seven years old but they refused to take any payment for the work done which I thought to be above and beyond the call of duty so to speak. My iPhone they repaired last year still works like new.

Wow, what a service, Face ID stopped working on my iPhone X, spoke to Icorrect, explained the process of how it works and offered the fix with a warranty, was told it would be ready within a few days, as I couldn’t drop it off in store, I posted my phone to them on Monday, it got there Tuesday, and I got it back Wednesday morning via DPD, what a service, I’ve now sent down my iPad and my wife’s iPhone to be fixed, and I’m sure the service I get will be as before , outstanding exceptional. Starting with a friendly greeting at the entrance, the staff at iCorrect was also very fast in responding to both calls and emails. My phone was extremely damaged and after half an hour I received the phone in pristine condition.The quality of the screen was great and the price is also unbeatable.

Superb service. I dropped my laptop off to iCorrect due to a faulty battery. Upon investigating, it seems that a capacitor had blown on my logic board; a repair that a lot of shops might not want to carry-out and instead would advise disposing of the laptop or charge an absurd fee. iCorrect refused to charge more than the cost of the battery replacement. The people who were there are also incredibly friendly.

Found on google after apple deemed my phone irreparable. Advised I wanted to recover my unsaved data. The team ran their diagnostic and said the phone would be up and running again in 4 days @ £300. Agreed to the repair and nearly a week later the only updates I had was after making contact myself. Was told on day 2/3 of the repair the phone was working and could collect the next day. Still I’d heard nothing so called again on day 4 to be told it’s working but now there’s another issue (literally only wanted the data to begin with). Day 6 was now told the repairs incomplete and will take a few more days. At this point I went to collect the phone as I don’t understand what all this additional work was if I’d made it clear from the beginning I had no intention to use the phone again. When I went to collect I’m told the phones unlikely to last at all and ‘we’d be interested to see how long it lasts’. After this comment I’m presuming the original quote would’ve been revised, but no they proceeded to charge £300 for an incomplete repair. Literally less than 24 hours later as predicted the phone goes off. I’m still confused how the original quote was upheld if the technicians were aware the repair was not going to last. Yes they are good at their craft but I don’t think the repairs are fairly priced. I understand the procedure carried out on my device was not straight forward but if the technicians were aware the device would shutdown again why did they still feel it was acceptable to charge the full price of a complete repair. After reading various reviews other customers have said how their prices were reduced or repairs even free after the technicians looked at their devices so I’m very confused.They did do what they initially said and got the phone up and running but the lack of communication and pricing puts me off using them again in the future should I need to.

Took my iPhone X to iCorrect as I damaged my screen when I dropped the phone on concrete! Saw another company more local to me offering repairs for £80 but decided to go with iCorrect instead. They may not be the cheapest out there but there is a reason for that! They don't use cheap LCD screens for iPhone X repairs like the other companies do. They use good quality materials and replaced it with an actual OLED screen. Although my phone repair was not as straight forward as we'd hoped, I would still highly recommend them because they are very polite and friendly and always took the time to explain what they had done/are doing to fix the phone. It is not often that you come across a company who are genuinely nice yet professional. Hopefully I don't break my screen again but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to use them.

This is one of the best customer service experiences I have had with a technology company.
I had used iCorrect's walk-in service previously and so when I broke my ipad screen (again) I used their mail-in service. Their repair was astonishingly quick and their communication was absolutely superb.

By far the best phone repair shop. My iPhone got collected in the slot I had booked and it was very easy to coordinate with the courier to pick it up from my office front door. iCorrect was very efficient in communicating with me through email (rather than by calling me, which might have disrupted my business meeting). The phone was again returned seamlessly soon after I paid the invoice (which I received via email and paid online in no time) to my office and the repair was top-quality. Excellent value for money, would use them again anytime.

Needed a screen replacement but was told that something needed to be repaired on the motherboard only to later find out that the phone has gone into restore mode. Lost all pics of child’s first footsteps, first bites and first words to name a few. I was reassured nothing would be deleted but I was told that a “ghost phantom” issue with the touchscreen was to blame , which they installed by the way. If you want to get the technical stuff done just get somebody else. Sometimes the high street with high prices doesn’t mean the quality of service you get is what you pay for. I don’t care if u polite, you just lost years or memories.

3 Days later i got a response with the price of the repair (very fair in my opinion for the work done)

Brought in dead laptop for repair, they diagnosed for two days, said it can't be repaired. I took it to ComputerItNet on Seymour Place, and they repaired it within 1 day. The guys are polite and have good communication, but told me they deal more with iphone and ipad repairs, wish i knew about this in advance to save time...

I broke my glass phone screen last year and I was looking for a decent place to get it fixed which offers good rates for original apple products. Initially it took me some time to research after speaking to a few people until I found iCorrect. It had amazing reviews on google and were going to fix my screen with original apple product and that too with a quick service, I was sold and it was to my pleasant surprise that it exceeded its reviews and quality of service I got. Last week I broke my screen again and I knew straight away where I was going to go, I went there this Saturday afternoon and man they just getting better and better.
