I smashed my mini ipad and brought it to Apple to be told it would cost £176 to fix. I thought there must be somewhere cheaper and I googled and found iCorrect. I rang and brought the ipad to them at lunchtime and it was repaired within two hours and for £80! Brilliant, friendly and professional - I'd have no hesitation recommending and using them again!

Really good service. Replaced screen on an iPhone 6 and the headphone / power supply jacks also. Still did not solve the sound problem, dug deeper and found the faulty component in the phone. Excellent. Cannot rate them highly enough.

My phone screen cracked and I sent it to be repaired, however the repair encountered issues with the logic board internally.
iCorrect provided with me with a temporary phone while this issue was resolved and my phone returned a week later working perfectly.

I've used iCorrect a couple of times over the years. Really great service, professional, high quality repairs. I made the mistake of using a cheaper place in a newsagent previously who did a rubbish job and my phone was never the same again. iCorrect are brilliant and the guarantee means you won't be left with a sub standard fix.

You could not trust this place for repairing your phone!
They reset my phone and delete all information on my phone without asking me!
They have diagnmosticed my phone in 4 days instead of 24H and every day they said different word.
Finally they said they need to replace the main board and it cost me 140 pound that other shop confirmed the mainboard is fine and the problem in in charging point!
They are not professional in this area and they are not professional in business also.
You will not receive any receipt that you hand over your phone to them. you do not any evidence that they destroy your phone!
The phone came back to me in the situation that case did not fixed properly, some screws missing and also some screw missing or badly fixed inside when we open the phone!!
No response to any Email and they are untrusted company!!!!

I have raised this problem by Email and feedback pages on 9th August and the only respond I got is today 23th August. I have not receive any respond for more than 14 days. How this company claimed all request would be answered in 1h ?!!!!
I have been informed if I pay £140 they will repair the phone but the data has gone! but they say now if I pay they could keep the data. it is obvious if they could keep data I would pay but they said the data gone!!! It is the reason they change they words.
I have given the phone to a proper company and they saved all loges and they showed me that some screws have been missed and also the data has gone. we have all pictures and evidences and I will take this case further.
When I gave the phone is was on Apple Logo but when I have received the phone is was on Reset screen (no IOS). Who reset my phone. The phone was in your hand. Irresponsible team!!!

Repair of iPhone xs lens cover.
Called to speak to them and checked if they did walk in repairs.
Asked how long it would take. Told 45 mins.
Travelled in from work and met the chap I'd spoken to on the phone. Arrived at 1230pm. Explained I would need to leave by 130pm at the latest otherwise I'd come back another time.
Was told to come back at 120pm.
Kept being fobbed off with the worst type of customer service. "Just another two mins". Then "20 mins". Then " 2-5 mins" and finally "he's coming up the stairs now".
He didn't.
I left. I was late for my meeting. And I had no phone.
I sent my PA to go and pick it up later. Apparently she too had to wait for 20 mins. So they clearly hadn't fixed it and lied to me previously.
The one thing I value in business is honesty. Don't mislead your customers.
Had you just told me it would be an hour I would have made plans. I explicitly asked you if I would be able to leave at 130 when I logged in with you. I even had my client on the phone so as to push back should I need to.
You told me there was no need.
I don't appreciate being misled. And I don't like having my time wasted.
Edit - a reply to your response. You were told clearly my PA would be picking it up and she presented ID. This was not the reason for the second delay.
As for your opinion that 3 stars would have been warranted - again not correct. The phone came back with dust on the lens. It had to be sent back for you to fix the problem.
So, no, I think 1 star was plenty. And yes you should have couriered the phone back to me in the first instance after you'd lied about the length of time it took for repair. You didn't though even though I asked.

I use this place all the time as my company employees have an expensive habit of breaking their phones. Most minor repairs like screens or broken charging ports etc they will fix them within the hour of you v you leaving the phone with them. Prices are good and the quality of the workmanship is superb. Will always use them.

The location is very central, Ricky is super friendly (I have only used the walk-in service) and my 3GS has always been repaired within a couple of minutes - for a fair price! Initially I had not given 5 stars as my screen cracked in my bag after it was repaired, but the owner got in touch, to personally try see if he could help... which he did! He went above and beyond to help me, fixed my screen again, and gave advice on how to avoid further issues (we think the case had a part to play here!) ... I can only say, that he not only made me want to change my rating on Google, but inspired me to think differently on how to run a successful business. We need more after-sale service like this; people who genuinely care and know what they're doing. I wish this company a lot of success and encourage you to use them if you have any fault with your phone. It is a speedy, efficient and reliable service and I have a brand new phone working perfectly once again! Thank you!!!

I got a pickup service which worked absolutely brilliantly. The screen that got put on my phone has been well below standard - it goes through long periods of inactivity where it doesn’t register any touches and some periods where it register alternative buttons being pressed like the call button when texting someone in WhatsApp. The screen does work in between these times
Update: they were more than happy to fix my previous issue picking it up with a courier all free of charge and it now works perfectly

They acknowledged receipt immediately of the product around noon and they dispatched my phone in the afternoon, so I received it around noon on the next day.

Just been there for a Dock port replacement: the job was done in 30 minutes, not one more, I was taken care of straightaway, explained the process properly and then when I came back they tried the new port for me and it just works perfect! It's a very good deal, I strongly recommend this place to anyone willing to have his iPhone quickly operational for a reasonable price!

Extremely efficient service. I used the courier system which costs an extra £10 and found this extremely easy to use. They collected from my office in the morning and delivered back early in the afternoon on the same day having fixed the connection on my iPhone 6. The connection to the power cable is solid now. Impressive work.

Cracked my iPhone screen for the first time at the weekend and looked at options to get it sorted. Even using my insurance would have cost me a £75 excess and I would have had a replacement phone rather than just the screen. Saw the excellent reviews of iCorrect so booked in the repair on the Tuesday, visited the offices the following morning, was there for no more than 20 minutes (time in which I could sit and get work done on my laptop with the free WiFi provided), and for £80 my phone was as good as new. Added to a very friendly and polished service, I would highly recommend iCorrect.
