Exactly as advertised on their website. Dropped my iPhone off, without making an appointment. 15 mins later my cracked screen had been replaced. Incredible! Great value. Great service. Would highly recommend iCorrect.

I needed an iphone screen replaced in the same day and initially spent some time phoning around a few well known, big named places places for a quote and idea how quickly they would be able to get it done, the prices varied from £119-200 and they could not guarantee how long it would be, and that was if i could even get through to speak to someone in store! My experience with iCorrect was completely different, call was answered quickly by someone who knew what they were talking about and told me it would take 30mins. So I popped down to their office and was surprised to find myself at a very nice reception being promptly met by a someone from iCorrect who was thorough in asking me about the phone and told me the cost and time I would need to wait, and sure enough half an hour later I had a replaced screen and happily paid my £80.00 for a first rate service. I can not recommend them enough. I wish everything was this easy and straightforward.

I took my partners iphone SE in to have the screen replaced after it was smashed by one of our kids. On receiving the phone back i was told the 'original' screen was not in fact an apple screen, despite what original would seem to imply. it became apparent that after having screen repaired that something had happened to the earpiece during the repair and my partner could now only use the phone on loud speaker mode. I contacted icorrect via the form on their website but heard nothing back. All in all i am very disappointed with their service which is a shame as i have a fault on my 6s and i would have gone back to them as they are very convenient to my work. Shame.
Edit - Ricky (as below) has been in touch with me, and him reaching out is very much appreciated. I haven't managed to get the phone in for it to be repaired yet, but his assurances make me think everything can be resolved amicably. Will update when repair is all done. D

Found them on the internet when my <2 year old iPhone became completely unresponsive. Walked in, very polite and professional service, immediately diagnosed the problem and mended for a price that is competitive with others and as advertised on their website. As below, found the whole setup thoroughly agreeable and unstressful, given an iPad to play with while I waited; other walk-ins who worked locally left their phones to collect an hour or two later. From beginning to end, a brilliant service; I would recommend without qualification to friends.

Very pleased with the first class service I received today at iCorrect. Arrived at their door, was seen immediately and explained the problem (broken earpiece speaker). Was left seated on a sofa downstairs and given an iPad to amuse myself with whilst the repair was carried out, which took only 20 minutes and was very reasonably priced.
At all times I was treated courteously and professionally, which is why I have absolutely no hesitation in rewarding them with an 'Excellent' review.
Why can't other companies have this standard of customer service?

I couldn't have asked for better customer service than the team at iCorrect. I had my earpiece replaced and contacted them the evening before going in. They were very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. The phone was fixed in less than 30 minutes while I waited with an iPad they provided, to play around with. I am extremely impressed with this service, efficient, in a timely manner and best of all, with customer care the highest priority.

Just got back from having my phone fixed by them - such great customer service, very friendly and great value for money (compared to all other places - nearly £200 at the Apple store?! I could buy a new phone with that!!). I had a coffee while I waited - they were done in less than 30 mins! Never feel comfy leaving my phone with random people or businesses. just because there are a lot of personal details on there, but they were great.

I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone with a broken iPhone. My first repair (new battery) did not solve the problem. I went back and was offered further repairs and parts free of charge, both times being in and out in 20 minutes. No arguing, no nonsense, just honest professional service. An absolute cut above the rest of the mobile chop-shops around TCR. You'd be mad not to!

Excellent and efficient service! I went to Apple to learn more information about repairing my shattered iPhone screen. After Apple said they would need to remove my designer phone case (which was adhered to the back of the phone) to fit my phone in the machine for the replacement; I decided I needed to research different options.
In which I found iCorrect. I called to ask about my phone case and the customer service team said “we can help!” The next day I went to iCorrect’s location and within 40 minutes I had a repaired iPhone screen with my phone case in tack! I am beyond pleased with iCorrect’s service and value for the screen replacement. I highly recommend iCorrect and will continue to spread the word on the wonderful customer service and experience I received!

Fantastic!
My phone had water damage and Apple quoted me £207 to fix it!
iCorrect offered free diagnositc and drying of the motherboard.
They gave me options of a further clean but no pressure to purchase.
All in all, back to new in just a few hours :-)
Super friendly and helpful staff. My only criticism is that the place is hard to find without your phone! A little sign wouldn't go amiss ;-)

You'll genuinely struggle to find a better service at a more affordable price then iCorrect. My iPhone 5 screen was smashed and after being quoted £180 by the apple store to fix it I looked for alternatives and came across icorrect who charged £130, well priced, accommodating, quick and not to mention and all round excellent service. I strongly recommend anyone who works in the west end to use them.

Really good in shop experience, fast service and visually a good repair. However, I dropped my phone with case on only a week later and the new screen cracked. Questioning the quality of the screen as it surely shouldn't crack this easily, especially with quite a thick case on.

Great experience! Staff are very friendly and it is an easy process. I called up and went in on that day no appointment needed. It only took 20 mins, which was a relief as I had inquired at iSmash and they said it would be 2 hours and cost more. I have a iphone 5S and it cost £50 to fix a smashed screen. Would highly reccommend.
