The guys on the Know-How Desk really know their stuff! Got help with recycling my dead Mac charger and was pointed in the direction of a new one. They didn't have mine in stock but Olivia called the store down the road and made sure they had one ready for me to walk in and pick up straight away. All this helpful and dedicated service made for a lovely experience first time in the store, thank you guys x

Visited a few times here. Very technical shop. Still making my mind up re staff etc.. but would recommend a Conservative 4 star for the time being. Some sort of clever electronics limits your videos to only 1 second long. I dont know how they do that but I don't like that either. Working on it!

PC world is one of those places that is desperately needed and pleased that is opened. Buying things online can be convenient but nothing beats the joy of visiting a store to see the items in person. The varieties of goods available and the ones not advertised makes the journey worth while. The atmosphere was great with browsing from laptops, mobile phones, tvs, cookers, fridge freezers, kettles, washing machines, microwaves, tumble dryers, cameras, soundbars, music equipments and much more. I forgot that PC world sells this amazing stuff because it's easy to go online and they provide free delivery too. Their prices is fair and affordable and their staff were very helpful today. I would recommend that you do your research what you want and when you get to their store, you might end up with a surprise of the unexpected! It happened to me and I love it!

Shah and Aga expedited a collection which should have been ready the next day. This meant that I could collect the item 24 hours prior. I never expected such warm and friendly service from a national multi branch chain! Amazing service by Shah and Aga. Highly recommended.

Don't buy from this company if you don't want to risk receiving an inferior product to the one you ordered (laptop in my case), then getting zero response from customer services when trying to get this corrected or a refund. This is a company that doesn't even have a customer services e-mail. Buy from amazon, argos, direct from manufacturers, but not from these cowboys. Or enjoy 60 minutes+ wait times on their customer service phone line, then get no or false information at the end. Your choice!

The reviews of Currys are generally terrible and unfortunately in my experience, this is justified. I bought a number of items and 3 out of the 5 were faulty and did not work. Reporting faults and organising a refund is a laborious 3 hour process. This is incompetence at its finest.

Terrible click and collect service. The email said all I needed to do was turn up into click and collect parking bays, and they would place my product in my car. Instead as it turned out there were no bays, in fact there was no parking at all so I spent an hour and a half in london's traffic and mayhem trying to find a place to stop at near the store so I could get my product. When I let them know I was there, curry's said I was 6th in the queue for having my product placed in my car. Waited for another 40 minutes, finally managed to park and go in store, where I found out that there was no queue and at least 5 members of staff who were clearly completely free. I had to get their attention and then they finally very unwillingly handed me my product which I had to carry to my car by myself. In light of covid-19, this is especially an unacceptable way to treat customers. I specifically chose curry's for it's contact free click and collect option - I wanted to avoid going into the store at all cost. Instead I wasted 2 hours trying to park and stressing about how to get my product, and finally had to go inside anyway. I am extremely dissatisfied.

They used to be the go-to address if you wanted any sort of gaming gear, so I went there to buy a joystick. Apparently, they haven't restocked their gaming department for ages. They don't have anything you can't get at your local Tesco's. I don't understand it...if you want to get people to actually visit your shop, make sure it's stocked properly.

If there was a zero option would have given - low stock (can probable understand) but staff all disinterested - and request to see a product not on display was shrugged off. Went to John Lewiz instead-Dont intend on returning to this store - simple not interested.

Excellent selection of electronics for your needs and friendly staff that was eager to help when asked. I was helped out by Tammam and given advice on what I may need or be interested in, which was genuinely helpful rather than an attempt to sell me unnecessary equipment or software. Would definitely recommend this branch to others.

Good selection of goods, reasonable layout and relatively clean. Had intention of buying our new family computer, but opted against it as despite having numerous staff members dotted around the shop floor, not one person helped. Understandably, I realise some staff are apprehensive about interaction (due to Covid), but they seemed quite happy conversing with each other. And may I add, this isn't the first time!!! I was here previous May 2019 for another purpose, and experienced similar.

dreadful experience without reason or notice of any kind they cancelled my order of 3 Samsung tablets. money had come out of my account. was collecting from oxford st store bit nothing there for me. hicked it to tottenham court rd as they appeared to have a few left. had to pay AGAIN and take their word for it tht I would be refunded the first purchase. very stressful as was main Xmas pressy for my boys. they will be my last choice of retailers from now on.

Never had amazing experiences with them to be honest! They do have good offers but better order online that in store! Every time I've tried to get something done in one of the shops it seems impossible! Tried to buy my phone and it was out of stock, tried to get a sim card with monthly contract but after literally 2 hrs waiting the girl told us she didn't manage to do it, tried to get a tablet it was out of stock, the guy sent us to another shop saying they'll have it, went there and nothing, we had to order it online!

I got conned into buying a Chromebook laptop, when I went in looking for a new Windows laptop. I told the salesperson that I worked with Microsoft Word, Excel and on Teams mostly and that I had lots of Office files that I would need to be updating every day. She told me that the Chromebook would be great and I'd be able to do everything I needed to on it. I cannot. I've had so many problems with it and it's decreased my efficiency dramatically as I find work arounds to do simple things like send Word docs etc. The list of things that have become diffiuclt is too long to write here. I was also told by the salesperson that I could bring it back within two weeks of buying if I didn't like it. Again lies. I was told by another member of staff that the Ts & Cs on the recepit say otherwise. It's sad that you cannot trust a salesperson to tell the truth about their products, but seems to be the reality. The survey that Currys PC World sent me to complete about my experience expired very quickly and now I can't fill that in to let them know. Very unhappy that I have wasted £500, especially in these difficult times.

Always liked this shop. Have seen it change over the years. Its good that it mixes so many things now. I bought a mini oven here for around £20 it stopped working during the 3 year return policy, and they swapped it. I got some headphones!

Due Covid I made a purchase online for the urgent need of a laptop, that stated was available to collect from this store same day. Made payment using a gift card for the majority of the purchase. 1 hour later received an email stating my order was cancelled. Called up customer services and said store could not fulfil the order and that it will take a week to refund the gift and payment cards. So am left in worse off position as needed the laptop urgently by Monday after purchase in Saturday to now having to wait in limbo for the refund to make a delayed repurchase. Why didn't the store contact me and give the option of collection at another store that could fulfil my order for example Oxford St which is nearby! Customer Services also couldn't care less and told me wait a week! In a time when businesses are suffering and are reliant on consumers to help them stay in business you would think Customer Service would be a high priority?

I really appreciated a staff member who went all the way to check stock level and found the product for me as I could not find it on the shelf. Someone misplaced the Targus iPad cover in a different section (hence different price tags) he was so determined to find out out for me!! Got it finally. THANKS.

Decent enough staff it took me only twice to find the right spot to buy a spare laptop charger. Would recommend this place for sure the staff at the help desk even checked the charger worked before I bought it... They also have a decent range of Google products

It was ok but I had to send the TV I brought as it was not working right and I had to reorder another one so had a refund and then that take 2/3 days and had to pay for the other TV that means I have paid twice until I get the refund instead of transferring the money from first order
