Walked in to asked for support on repairing my PC that I’d purchased with Curry’s. Chap at the team know how repair centre said this wasn’t something they could do, repair stuff at a repair centre. Offered no further support or advice. Waste of time, 3 of them working in the repair centre, looks like you need 0.

I brought a game in December the game was faulty I am still trying to get a refund there customer service is beyond a joke I have left emails went on all there service just to get a refund I have phoned them spoke to someone said my refund has been authorised and will be going through within 24 to 48 and a email to inform me my refund is going through I have had nothing back I can't describe how frustrating this process has been shocking guess I will be phoning them again

I bought a universal remote control here three weeks ago, which completely stopped working yesterday. I brought it back here, with my original sales slip, and was served by a surly counter clerk who claimed they couldn’t take it back because 14 days had passed since I purchased it. I showed her the slip where it clearly states that faulty items can be returned within 30 days yet she was still insistent that all they could do was give me a store credit. It’s astonishing that a member of staff would ignore a clearly stated policy; thankfully I insisted she process a refund and once she actually bothered to try putting it through the till she realised that I was right, and that the system was allowing the return. PC World, please educate your employees properly about your policies before letting them serve customers. Her grumpy manner certainly didn’t do her any favours either. I’ll never return to this store. If your employees can’t even read your return policy when it’s being put right in front of them, then you have serious issues.

I've gone here several times and each time they never have what I need or anyone who can help. If you are going to a physical store and not ordering online, presumably you want some expertise. Go to literally any other small computer shop on Tottenham, there's a whole row of them, they will actually have the parts you need and people who actually know about computers. It turns out that even if you think you're a casual buyer, their version of "the casual market" is narrow enough that it will probably exclude you.

Very disappointed that price tickets in the headphones section were completely out of date. There were two prices for a single pair of headphones, and neither was the right price. They lost some sales while I was there as people were so frustrated. There was a good selection of headphones however, and you have the ability to try the wireless ones out before you buy. The headphones I chose were great value and in stock. A few members of staff sorting the tickets and displays out would make all the difference.

Come here with my nephew to play games for an hour. It is one hour time slots which means once the hour is done your time is up. Boundaries that kids need. They have both PCs and gaming laptops The rest of the shop has all the latest gadgets and gizmos that you could need. Staff are friendly.

After asking three people for help, each person sending me to another part of the store to where nobody was, I was about to write a one star review and almost give up. Luckily Previn came to help, he found out that the item I liked best was not in stock, but encouraged me to order it with them which I did. Del processed the order and was really efficient. These guys managed to stop me from ordering online because they knew about proper service, and they have won me over as a fan of the store.

A fusion of Curry's, PC World and the Carphone Warehouse in one place. There is an ample variate of products most of which are not precisely the latest nor the best in terms of technology. Though they have many shop assistants on the floor they do their best to avoid any eye contact or answer questions you may have. Sadly doesn't beat prices online.

Large Curry's with computer testing stations which is super nifty. Service is lacking as i had a few guys walk buy when i was looking for gopro accessories and i basically had to follow him before he decided to assist (very little) spent more time on his phone than helping.. lot of cables, accessories, variety. One of the better Curry's around. Had some nich things heavy equipment steering wheel for farm simulator..

Huge store and you'll find all the electronics you need here and at the best rates. The staff is very helpful and will guide you if you have any queries. Even if some product is not available at the moment they'll let you know about the product and you can order it and they'll get it for you. Best prices for phone and laptops in London. You can have the experience of the device before purchasing it so that you can make a better choice.

Sorry but the service was very poor here - as soon as I walked In I couldn't spot a single member of staff to ask for help, and as soon as I did I got passed around 4 different people who all seemed clueless - I'd blame management to be honest. They didn't seem to care. Was also bad enough that my item didn't work properly - and I never received the 6 months Spotify premium code on the receipt.

Dyson pure hot&cool air purifier The Currys shop from Tottenham court road is not really helpful. I was waiting for around half an hour where they was looking for a key to give me this machine. I didn't saw what I got because was closed box. When I was opening was a surprise .... Wasn't properly wrapped the machine and was missing the remote control. (I think .... I'm not the first person who was opening....) Today I contacted there but wasn't helpful the lady! After some min waiting time , she said me I have to go back. I emailed to Dyson company. Was very kind! Jon who answered me quick , he send me a remote control in few days. Thank you JON from DYSON !!!

It's a large superstore, combing PC world and also a phone store. The staff were friendly and to be fair they had everything I was after. Which was the new Nintendo switch with extended battery life. I pre ordered it online a few hours before and it was ready at the till when I arrived. They offer a 2.50 a month insurance package which I found to be extremely cheap for a console that you often take ok the go with you.

I went and find what I wanted, they do have a huge selection of things but I feel like Curry’s PC World has lowered its quality. not this one specially (but I could saw a few empty stands) but all of them. Anyways, got what I wanted but also you could get some ‘tech’ stuff cheaper just in the store across it.

Had a very good customer experience from Heshan who went above his remit to make sure I had everything I needed. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about his colleagues, after 40min waiting for help i ended up having to make my own reservation online whilst at the store as everyone seemed to ‘busy’ talking amongst themselves. If you plan to visit ask for Heshan, he’s awesome

I bought a phone at Currys, I could use it for 6 months and the phone gave it up, they replaced it. The replacement phone gave it up after 9 months. After this going to the store and facing with most unacceptable service experience with Steve at "service" desk. After 30 mins waiting, I got a rushing, unprofessional and useless "service". He should not work in a guest facing position. If you need to short out anything chose a day when he is not working. I chose the easier way, not shopping here anymore and short out my current issue with the manufacturer.

I had a nice experience with one of the technical staff called Alex but the floor staff need extra training on customer service as they don't seem to be interested in helping you or serving you properley. They included 2 extra services on my invoice, which I did not ask for and was never told about. CHECK what you are paying for!!! The store itself is nice but the floor staff needs to be motivated to do their job to a better standard.
