Nice store, sadly there's only a small area of Google products and not a whole part as expected from my Google maps search. No employee approached me for any help

Really poor. I went in for a screen protector for my iPhone. The first staff member genuinely looked confused as if he never heard of it, even when I showed him my phone with the old screen protector. The second staff member tried to fob me off to continue his conversation with another employee. When I finally got his attention he tried to quickly dispatch me, selling me the wrong product which cost me £13. Went online and ordered two of the right screen protectors from Amazon for £6 with free delivery and none of the incompetence.

I ordered a surface pro 4 online using the click and collect service, and stopped by at the Tottenham court road shop to pick it up. The email I got very clearly said "£629 to pay", I got there expected to pay and just pick up my order. Instead, I had to wait for a different member of staff to explain all the different offers they had on the Surface, and see if he could interest me in some. But the staff member could not give me any clear answers regarding offers that applied to the surface and ones that didn't. Because (wait for it) the PCs didn't work. In PC World. Also, the price was £60 more than what it said on the confirmation email (which I showed him) and he had no idea why the price changed. All in all, was a total waste of my time and I didn't get the device I wanted. I will just pay more and get it from a reliable shop!

Very friendly staff and quite knowledgable about the products. Would buy in-store over online just for the reassurance and ability to ask questions on products.

The lady (very friendly)who took me to another staff member to finalise the collection of my reserved laptop, that staff member was very cold, no greetings, forced to sell me the care plan which I wasn’t intending to buy. Expressed myself that I didn’t want to go for care plan but he was still forcing. I was so frustrated that I just got the laptop which was in a box without even noticing that the packing seal was broken. Got home and found out about the seal, opened the box hoping that the laptop would be ok. To my surprise, I found that the laptop was locked and I couldn’t even find any login details which I hoped that I’d be able to trace from the booklets. Would definitely return and get my money back... terrible customer service except from the lady (looked Asian).

Not bad customer service but clearly understaffed. I waited a long time to served but you really couldn’t be angry because the one and only guy at the help desk was really trying and was very professional. I’m just disappointed. My first time experience with Curry’s wasn’t the greatest.

Big open store with lots of different sections including a Google Store at the front. Good range of items, especially for a city centre store. Well located near to bus routes and Warren Street and Euston Square Underground Stations. Staff are helpful, friendly and not pushy.

Good service from this store yesterday. Great queuing system. Staff actually took time to help you. Unlike your store at Friern Barnet which I had to leave and drive to you guys instead as they were awful. Keep up the good work Tottenham Hale. Will come straight to you next time ????????

*****DODGY SALES TACTICS***** DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE IF YOU ARE UNSURE ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT/NEED - YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF Went in to purchase a printer I had seen online. When I spoke to a male associate about it, I asked if it would have enough ink from the start for 20 pages, he said no, and that I would have to buy a slightly more expensive model that would come with half filled ink. Didn't seem right but I was in a rush. When I went to pay, the female sales associate told me that I had to buy additional ink cartridges with the printer, otherwise she couldn't sell me the printer. Something didn't seem right about this, and I specifically asked her, "Are you definitely sure I HAVE to buy extra ink to get the printer?" Again she said yes. I needed the printer urgently so I just purchased it AND the additional ink. Arrived home, and I felt like I had just been ripped off. I've worked in phone sales before, and something seemed dodgy. I contacted customer services and asked them if it was mandatory for me to buy extra ink and guess what? NO IT ISN'T! The agent on the phone said there is no such policy in place and I could have just purchased a printer if I wanted. So obviously she LIED about the ink so she could boost her KPI's/targets which was disgusting, and the fact that she lied right to my face when I questioned her on it is atrocious. What pissed me off the most is that I only needed to printer to print 20 pages of standard forms, and the ink that came with the printer was more than enough and I was SCAMMED into buying extra ink for nearly £50. What a joke, I will not return to this store unless I am absolutely desperate. If you are unsure what you want/need, I implore you to go somewhere else, otherwise you will be taken for a ride.

If you're after a Google product, the Google store concession on the right as you walk in is a great place to get hands on. Otherwise, it's pretty standard Currys. Pretty large store, so plenty of selection and opportunities to get hands on.

Best service ive had visiting a tech store. Little asian lady at the counter knew exactly what i needed and helped me very efficiently. Well groomed and very professional gave me a very positive vibe in the store. Anyone who shops here look for the lovely asian girl with great hair, she will always give you 100% :)
