No one seemed to be interested in helping me. I came to the store on time, spent time standing in the line to finally find out that my appointment was cancelled. The manager said that it automatically occurred because I was late 10 minutes. My issue is that i wasn’t late for 10 minutes and security guys saw me. No one helped me and I’m very stressed.

I went to the store on Saturday. It was super crowded. However, every staff in the store was doing their very best to help everyone. I would like to show my appreciation to Ant from the Genius Bar and Joe from the main floor. They were both very helpful and provided more values than I expected. I’d suggest Apple to add customer toilets. I spent almost 3 hrs from waiting in line to enter the store, then waiting inside the store for the Genius Bar, consulting the Genius to buying new ones. It will be much more convenient for customers who committed so much of their time in the store.

Situated in the heart of Regent Street, this store is conveniently located and easily accessible with many local transport links. The store itself has plenty of room to browse which means you wont be left waiting in long queues outside. The staff are friendly and helpful on the occasions that I did visit.

Everything you'd expect from a first class international retailer - except pressure! Helpful, knowledgeable staff explain, demonstrate and enthuse but are happy to let you walk away to think your options through. The click and collect service also worked really well.

Normally I never write a review on Google but this time I feel like I need to give a good feedback to someone who did very excellent job like Tom Stuart. He has a customer service skills, calm and so professional. My friend and I went there for getting an information about new launching items, even we asked so many questions but he seems to be like he will never get bored of us. I hope if you go there, you will get Tom to serve you..then you will feel like us. Wonderful experience with a true professional.....millions stars

Everytime we went it was overcrowded and Staff is not efficient, seems they're there only for the selling purpose and most of them are not polite and devices were dirty. Prices are absolutely absurd, it's not enough saying unaffordable.

Have just spent seven hours and still going trying to get a 4 year old iMac working again. Really cannot recommend any more. The product reliability is going downhill and the ease of repair is zero out of five. Time to get the basics right apple. Why do you also restrict me on upgrades to the latest OS?

Handling covid well. Came in to collect an item and for a genius bar appointment, didn't have to wait. Sometimes it's difficult to find staff who aren't busy but that's to be expected. No big deal.

Hands down the most beautiful Apple store I have ever visited. From the entrance to the store all the way back to how the headphones are organized on the second level. This store is a mastery of the retail space. Staff was by far the most delightful I have ever experienced at an Apple store as well.

I got James who is a wonderful person. I was there today for my first ipad for my study. I asked a lot of question and i was there for about half an hour. He elaborate things clearly since I know little about apple. It's not crowded because of social distancing by the policy. But the line can be long if you walk in and if you go there late. I was there at 10 and there was a line already.

Very strict protective measures conducted here. I feel very safe. But when I entered into the store, I found there are more staff than customers. Feel a little embarrassed if I just walked around and had a look at products. My partner purchased the air pods, the service is excellent. But for me, I prefer to purchase online. Don't like the feeling that the staff all around me and keeping asking whether you need help.

Service is nice but it was better few years ago. Now waiting time is too long even if you had appointment and often people when they don’t know what to do in case of return for example they wait for probably someone like a manager - and waiting time is even longer. Still love all the Apple products but service need more in depth knowledge like before and more abilities to deal with different situations.

Best Apple store by far and well worth trekking into London for if out of town as they always have stock. Service also far faster than any of the other smaller stores and the 12 massive trees must be sucking up all the carbon dioxide as it just feels so much less sterile than the other large stores.

I had an Apple ID but no longer a working device so I couldn't access the code to book an appointment to buy another device so this had to be done in person. Upon arriving at the store I joined a queue to allow me to join another queue so I could book an appointment in person for later that day. I returned later to join one last queue and managed to buy a new phone for £800. I appreciate Covid restrictions but everything seemed unnecessarily slow and protracted. I got home to find that it doesn't come with a plug and I have no way of charging it. Despite speaking to 8 members of staff about purchasing a new iPhone 12 not one asked if I may need a plug or adapter. With all the technological advancements Apple have made I think the most impressive is how they've managed disappear completely up their own backside.* *without the need for an adapter.
