The flagship store. Busy but deceptively so. Staff manage to blend in without crowding customers out. Service delivered without fuss. Even delivering bad news about that broken MacBook Pro screen with consideration. Often copied, never surpassed.

Great refurbishment, really impressed. Went into check out the Mekamon robots and found the staff to be really friendly and knowledgable. Obviously it’s ridiculously busy at times and you find a lot of tourists just using the internet there, but I imagine the majority have iPhones anyway so you can’t begrudge them that.

Total. Nightmare. Avoid at all costs. I think a part of my soul has died here waiting for Apple deliver what you would call basic customer service. It’s not the fault of the staff ... they try their best.

Following a complete renovation and redesign, an amazing space if you know what to look for.
Note the details flowing together. The high tech celling with adjustable height. The lights which use ambient lighting sensors to adjust lighting levels to outdoor conditions. The incredibly discreet ventilation system hidden by the entrance and being product displays.
Ask the staff about these architecture fun facts and don't let the crowds overwhelm you. More seating than a typical Apple Store as well.

Apple needs to work on their accessories. The chargers and earphones for the new IPhones are easily damaged.
Under consumer laws in the UK, consumers are entitled to a free of charge repair or replacement, discount or refund by the seller, of defective goods or goods which do not conform with the contract of sale. For goods purchased in England or Wales, these rights expire six years from delivery of the goods. According to the guy in Apple Regents street, the defective earphones that came with the phone I purchased from them is not covered by this law because apparently the law doesn’t cover accessories like earphones. He didn’t seem truthful and he wanted me to buy another earphone instead.

My wife wanted to turn in her old iPhone for a new one. You would think it should be as easy as "here's my phone and the money" but no. They make you reserve to buy the phone and stand in a queue, which turns the whole thing into an inconvenience. In my opinion it's just a marketing stunt and another reason to stay clear of Apple's products and pretentiousness.
Two stars because the guy who attended us was quite efficient and polite.

A huge Apple store in the heart of London City which is the Oxford Street. There are numerous employees who are more than willing to enhance your experience at the store and you should definitely find any Apple product that you will need.
I had a pretty good experience at the store and the store looks really chic and well built.

I am very disappointed in your customer service levels and I feel that the staff were very rude.
I purchased an iPhone X less than a year ago and I have had major issues with it, I have come to the Apple Store for help several times and the problem has never been resolved, instead you guys gave me an old refurbished phone which AGAIN is not working. I basically feel like the Apple Store is my second home, because I have no choice than to continuously come to you guys, without actually sorting out the problems I am having with my phone. So tomorrow again I will have to come to you guys to get it 'sorted'. I have been a loyal Apple customer for several years, but now I know I will never ever buy an iPhone and never recommend anyone to buy it.

Excellent service yes,
But I just find incredible that with all the money we pay for our devices, once they start malfunctioning and battery starts to fail ( which I assume is what they want to happen for you to upgrade ) I’ve got some gift cards and I can’t use them for repair because of “virtual currency” - I do get to keep my malfunctioning device, worrying always about when it will suddenly switch off and this “virtual currency” that I can’t spend. Amazing!

The majority of staff are very knowledgeable and helpful but one lady at AirPod check out place is very rude to stop a little girl (9 or 10 years old) touching the AirPod box. Her father explained she just wanted to have a look at the product as no sign saying no touch. Poor little girl. That staff is also very rude on myself when I asked a few questions to purchase products...

I used to look forward to buying something from an apple store. Feeling special, being treated really well, feeling a part of something exciting. Now? I’m taking too much of their time. The staff are preoccupied with more important stuff. It’s somehow more of a supermarket vibe to the point I just want to spend my several hundred pounds and leave. I used to feel really happy walking out of an apple store. Now? I feel relief, and kinda sad.

I have purchased from this store a few times and the service today from Hilda was impeccable. She was attentive, professional and listened to my needs whilst offering her advice. A very personable individual. I was thoroughly impressed as good customer service is easy to find at most Apple stores, however excellent service is hard. She’s beyond an asset to the store.

Massive store with everything you need. I phones, ipads, macbooks, imacs and accessories. You also can book you training to learn more about you device or products. They have many staffs, normally always happy to help you. Place is busy most of the time, but it flows smoothly, as the store is well planned.

I don't think shop assistants labelled as gurus is really appropriate. But I was able to go in and get exactly what I was looking for. The shop part worked. As for advice I think Google + a bit of time does a better job than the "gurus" that were not sure.

Large Apple Store located in Regent Street, adjacent to Oxford Street and next to Oxford Circus Tune Station. Tends to be busy all the time. If you intend to purchase anything, book an appointment once you enter the store and you will probably be called after 30 minutes for your turn. Students are offered student discount, so if you are a student ask for it and don't be shy.
