Very busy place, yet enough consultants to answer all your questions. Don’t be shy, approach someone directly, no one will come and ask if you need something.
There’s also WiFi (that connected automatically since I logged in other Apple Stores). I saw some people sitting and working there. So if you don’t mind the hectic atmosphere and own Apple devices not to stand out from the crowd, it could be your go to place.
The staff was friendly and quite helpful. Though they are sometimes tired and give wrong directions — so you may need to ask a couple of people before you find your way. All staff was knowledgeable and answer every question.
One more thing. Buying Apple things in this Apple store is cheaper than in smaller tech shops around the city. Yet, if you plan on buying non-Apple stuff, check Amazon and a couple of other shops for a better price.

The services at this Apple store was great. Got my very 1st self bought iPhone there. Didn’t take any pictures due to all the excitement. The customer service was amazing. Staff were very friendly and approachable. Beautiful store setting as per usual for Apple.

APPLE PICK-UP IS OPEN TO FRAUD ABUSE - I LOST £1,300: Bought a phone from Apple, someone impersonated me and Apple gave the phone to the wrong person (impersonator) - now Apple are saying that they did what they needed to and wont refund me. So I have paid £1,300 for a phone, dont have a phone and Apple wont give me the phone that I paid for and the store refuse to speak to me further. Anyone been in a similar situation? Also, how can I publicise this?

Staff are always super helpful and I always get everything I need / guidance. I’d just ask what’s up with the queuing system outside.. it’s kinda confusing and the roadworks atm.. but it’s okay, and understandable cos of COVID

Took my macbook pro 2016 model here to fix its display problem. The quotation they gave us was around 800USD, which is not that far off from buying a new one, so we took it to Vietnam and got that fixed for 250USD. 2 years later, it’s still working fine. Don’t try to repair apple products at apple store unless you are on your apple warranty, which is pretty much a common knowledge nowadays...

Took my MacBook in for a repair. I was quoted 7 days but they repaired it in 2 days for me so I could have it back in time for Christmas. They phoned and emailed me throughout the repair process so I knew exactly what was happening. Great job!

The worst Apple store I have ever come across . I have been using the apple brand since the beginning apple phone launched . 3 months ago I bought iPhone 11 Pro and I faced issue . The problem was not resolved as expected. Instead the staffs were filled with attitude, barely explained properly and said go back to use of Samsung! -_- The service was a disaster. Take action against the manager of Regent store

Genius Bar misled me about consumer law with factually incorrect information, insisting it would only be valid for 2 years when in fact it is 6 in England. They should be better educated about consumer law and best practices for dealing with such claims.

This store is gorgeous and very well designed. The store is like a chill zone, you could just sit there and enjoy your time. All the tech is well displayed, there's plenty of space as well so crowding isn't a major issue. I've seen a lot of people charging their phones and using the Macs to do work and the staff are really nice. Apple stores in general are great environments but this one is special!

Today i had one of the most brilliant experience as a customer. This morning i have been served by Tom, he introduced me to the products i needed to buy in a kind, professional and gentle way! I am not such a technology person, infact his suggestions tips and guidance were gold for me.
Absolut gem in that store, and i am giving him my compliments as a manager in the retail environment myself, hope this will reach him!

Always found the staff to be friendly, open to help but not pushy. I like the way they have recently dedicated a number of floors to one-to-one support. Generally, a more enjoyable experience shopping for Apple products than before they improved their stores. My only tip is to avoid weekends if possible because it gets very crowded.

What a disgrace! After calling Apple Support twice and them confirming going to Regents Street for a refund twice - it still was not issued. The manager needs to be fired and if they cant do that she needs some serious training on how to do her job. Absolutely livid!

Extremely busy store but a relative had a problem with her Ipad and it was fixed.
There is a queuing system so be prepared to wait 15 mins to be seen but the alternative is the Apple service call centre which isn't the same.
Titiana from the Three Store directed us there and Adam is highly recommended.
I mentioned to the manager the store's cooling system wasn't right (being an H&S person since 2003 I could see customers looking a little discoloured) as I was fanning myself all the time and with at least 100 plus customers on the 2nd floor.
A brilliant service though! In a plant filled store ????!
