There is always a big queue, you have to wait outside for some time even if you have an appointment booked. They now check your temperature and you can't get in without a face mask. Once inside I got my device handed to me and that was it, I was expecting some sort of explanations or something but it lasted probably 5mn max. A bit disappointed considering the price of their products.

Huge Apple store on one of the busiest streets in London. Even though the staff is very nice it can take quite some time before you get served as the place is always packed with people. The space is amazing though and very apple-ly.

Can get really crowded but some very helpful staff on hand to provide guidance and advice. Always busy so try and pick the most calm periods for visiting as that'll result in a better experience. I was there to look at the new Xs and Xr models, especially the new colours on the Xr. I was quite happy and impressed with Apple's new line up of devices. Might buy my wife a Xs due to its smaller size ????

Big apple store with beautiful design. The customer service is very good and as usual you can find all Apple products. Don’t go during weekend it is crowded (photo attached) and all the staff will be occupied. During my visit on Sunday afternoon there was around 15 minutes queue to check the new Apple products

Ordered phone and cover, phone was ready while staff showed me the case and told me they cannot give to me. Second time got email to collect cover while again the staff told me system did not release it yet. Very rude man told me to leave the queue and call online customer service. Never come back again!

My friend bought a mobile phone here. You know it's quite expensive. After we said we would take that phone, the dealer ask us if we need a bag and it's been changed for 5p. What the heck! We bought a very expensive phone without any discount and they still charged us for a bag. Look back at Nokia, it was famous before. The staff tried to sell me a laptop that didn't cover my needs since they only wanted to sell me a product that was at the store. I wouldn't recommend this store. Also, apple takes more than 2 weeks to deliver an upgraded laptop and they only sell standard computers at the store. Other companies perform much better on these matters

Apple is changing, is getting worse and worse! poor customer service and the Team in regent street has a bad attitude..not helpful at all! The can hardly find solutions to your technical issues, the sentence I heard a the most were: “Let me check!” “We can’t do it!” “You can’t sit here” I gave “0” star as I used to love Apple for they’re incredible knowledgeable staff and high tech quality products..but thugs as changed! I’m expecting someone to consider this point of view useful.

Very classy Apple store. Hugely impressive, many staff walking about within the crowds. You can touch and use any of the devices if you want to try them out or just get an idea of the weight. On site repairs, book your repair on the internet and drop it off for same day fix. This evening there was even entertainment with a piano player. Press ‘like’ if my review is of benefit.

Super super rude with ZERO respect for their customers. We went in for a small fix for iPods (bad quality to start with). Guy at check in won’t allow two persons to go in saying there was not enough space. Like in the picture - how come you don’t have enough space for one more person to simply stand with a friend?? Maybe you simply just don’t have enough space for basic customer service. Last straw not to buy any Apple products - if your products don’t come with good quality at least fix your attitude to start with!!!

Great store. Very organised processes to sell-sell-sell. Staff were super friendly very helpful, but ..... I purchased a brand new phone outright and wasn't advised by the staff of the new phones coming out within 1-month. If I had been advised of this I would have waited for the next generation to come out. My phone's cost has been reduced by £130 (4 weeks after I bought it) and the next generation of phone will be the same cost as the phone I just purchased. Ultimately, its my fault but I wish the staff had advised me more fully because I would have been informed enough to purchase the next generation of handset.

Needed help to retrieve lost email from ipad. Instant help and immediate success. Thank you Apple. Only problem was I walked straight past the Apple store twice! The only identification is an Apple flag. When I asked for help at the shop opposite in Regent street, I was told loads of people do the same.

Typical Apple but I knew what I wanted, wasn’t browsing. Being Regent St it was really busy but they are slick. I got my new shiny toy and a quick chat leaving without queues to get on with my day. Thumbs up.

Terrible customer service. After completing our transaction, we were given permission to wait in the store (social distancing) while our friend finished her transaction. Her customer service assistant told her to stay in the store while the data transfer from her old phone to her new phone completed (without properly explaining at what point we could leave during the process). It took a little while and upon being noticed by the previous customer service assistant helping us before, we were accused of deliberately staying too long in the store to prevent other people “waiting in the rain” from entering. What about saying, “I’m sorry but due to social distancing we can only allow customers to stay in the store for a maximum of XX minutes. Would you be able to wait outside while your friend finishes her transaction?” If we had been told from the outset that we could only stay for an extra 5 or 10 mins we would have respected it, but instead of showing basic manners the first action taken is to shame and accuse paying customers? What kind of customer service training is Apple doing? Very strange and an experience I certainly won’t forget for a while. Don’t bother with the store and shop online if you can.

Always loved the service apple provides thru their online store and their online platform where customer interaction and satisfaction is key but I felt that this outlet was a let down to that aspect where people were very superficial and aloof. Not super helpful rather very robotic. Robots who are super cautious to chat or help you look at the products.
