Very crowded like any other Apple Store. Have tried a pair of Airpods pro. Helpful staff and good place to be for a short while if you are an Apple fan.

Massive shop with all Apple products on display. Real devices which you can pick up and use. It gets super busy but there are lots of assistants on hand so it doesn't take long to get help. I was having a phone repaired so I got to experience the genius bar too. It was an hour wait for an appointment which is understandable as I was a walk-in on a Saturday. You can leave the store and they'll text you when your genius can see you. This worked well although I was still waiting 15-20 minutes when I returned after receiving the text. The booking in procedure was quick and simple. I was even able to speak to someone at the branch on the telephone, when I wanted to ask if someone else could collect the phone for me. Collection and payment was also relatively easy I am told.

The flagship store in London and the UK. Not quite what is used to be but that has more to do with general store policies and change in practices over the past few years (@2020 at the time of writing). It is still a delight to visit and a worthy stop.

Staff can be incredible rude at times. Actually waiting for 20 minutes while people sit around do nothing... unreal Beat advise: order everything online and just pick up. Staff is an impediment

Always busy, but the staff are really good - both knowledgeable and friendly. Despite the crowds there’s plenty of people to keep waiting times down and with frequent demos and classes it’s no wonder it’s popular. It’s also surprisingly no more difficult to get a support appointment here compared to their other stores!

Upgraded my old phone to an iPhone X and was told they would pay me £135 for the old phone. As my phone was not backed up the seller said I could go home, back it up, and return the following day with the receipt. In the following day they just wanna pay £60.

This has to be the worse apple stores. Everyone in this store needs some serious education on pricing and products. Every time I go in here and ask one member of staff the price of a product and go to another member of staff and ask the same question 10 out of 10 times you will get two different prices on the same product. The waiting time is just unbelievable, your better off calling it a day with this store. I will never go in here again.

waste of time, have to wait to see someone to help you, doesn't help you at all. I then called and spent 35 mins on the phone trying to sort my issue out, they also didn't help just spent the whole time reading from a script and putting me on hold.
