I love the guys at iCorrect! They are so helpful and not only did they replace the battery in my macbook pro but when they found water damage the engineer cleaned it all out and then sent it back via courier for no charge. What a fantastic service. Recommending them to everyone I know.

Took in my son’s iPhone after he’d dropped it in the pool while we were away on holiday. We’d already taken it in to get dried while away but we’re told it was damaged beyond repair, which was devastating as my son had none of his pictures backed up. I took the iPhone to a place around the corner from work who kept it for a week. In the end we had to collect it as they couldn’t help. As a last shot we thought we’d try icorrect as they came recommended by a friend for advance repairs. We waited a day for it to be properly looked at and then quoted for a repair. The repair in total took 2 days at a reasonable cost. They didn’t only fix the phone but it also had all his pictures and contacts on it. I couldn’t fault their service at all. Gabriel kept us informed of process and always there when we called. We can’t thank you enough as a family, you’ve made our boy so happy. I will always recommend your services to our friends and family.

I smashed my new iPhone 7 phone screen a month ago and spent a while researching where to get it fixed. iCorrect are about average in terms of price (I don't think you can get this done properly and with a high quality screen replacement for under £100 sadly!) but absolutely amazing when it comes to getting the job done, customer service and communications. I had a few follow up questions and a minor issue, and they came back to me and resolved everything super speedily. Plus they are all really lovely! My phone screen is currently working perfectly / as it was pre-smash.

I took my phone to 3 shops who all turned me away until Ricky reached out to me on Instagram and within a couple of hours my phone was fixed & back like nothing had happened! Thank you to the guys at iCorrect. It’s the second time I’ve used them. Went into get my screen repaired and through their tests they found my battery wasn’t optimal (I kind of knew this before going in). Got both battery and screen repaired and went back this week to get my wife’s battery done. Efficient service from start to finish would recommend.

Amazing service!! My son's iPhone 6 had been dropped in a lake for 5 minutes and was completely dead but the incredible staff at iCorrect got it going again for a really good price and even provided a warranty. Edited review to four stars as after contacting the owner and explained the issue he explained how much he values feedback and how it helps them improve as he wants to be the best and offered also to fix the issue and ensure it doesn’t happen to someone else.
Original: They are fast and also very good in communications and very polite. There is a reason though of why they are cheaper. Got my MacBook back with a weird bubble which shouldn’t be there. It is small and the screen is functional but definitely not perfect and not at the apple standards or even expected with the amount of lines paid. I guess you get what you pay but still not cheap service. Expect to get back something which is not as it should.I would rather pay more next time and use an apple authorised one.

I took advantage of my stay in London to repair the rear lens of my Iphone. 1st appointment canceled because no lens available. Change of lens on 2nd appointment 3 days later for £ 40. Better quality image but micro rear totally damaged making the videos unusable ... Pay £ 40 to remove a problem but add another ...

A massive thank you to the whole icorrect team! Dropped water on my MacBook which killed it instantly. Took it into the Apple store and was quoted a crazy price! Took icorrect up on their free diagnostic. Their communication was on point through the whole process. My MacBook repair was completed quickly at a fair price. Can’t fault them! Superb Service by Ricky!
Got my phone fixed yesterday and the screen was perfect from the outside, but freezing very slightly due to the previous damage. Ricky arranged for someone to pick it up the following morning and delivered it back in the afternoon with the problem solved completely.

Got two iPads fixed on the same day without appointment here. First rate job. The repairs were flawless and staff were very clear about flaws on one iPad that couldn’t be fixed easily before anything was agreed. The staff are also exceptionally friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back for further fixes.
On top of all that their prices were very competitive.

Put my daughter’s 1st gen iPad 4 in for repair. It was stuck on the booting screen. I commend the honesty of the team who after putting it through diagnostics said it would be too expensive for me to repair. They made it sound like I would have been better off buying a new one. I left it with them to recycle as the iPad had been sitting idle for over 2 years for in my home anyway.
Instead I then handed them my daughter’s other device an iPad Air 2 (1st gen) they promptly fixed in under an hour and a half.
The member of staff I dealt with was very polite and dare I say great “iCandy”...see what I did there lol.
Even though I left the old device there to be recycled (which could make them some profit) he couldn’t get me a little 5% discount, left a little disappointed at that but overly happy one iPad is repaired same day and ready for use.
Great service.

I took my MacBook Air in to have its battery replaced. All of my correspondence with the team was efficient, professional and friendly and I had my laptop repaired within 4 hours. I did quite a bit of research regarding the cost of the replacement as well as the quality of the repair and decided to go with iCorrect after reading a few reviews. Very happy I did as I saved some money and cannot fault them!

I have an iPad 3 mini where the LCD was failing. Lines begun appearing at the bottom of the screen which was annoying but it still worked. It then went blank. The team at iCorrect were very helpful when I dropped it off and advised if they couldn't fix the problem there'd be no charge. Initially they thought it couldn't be repaired after a new LCD didn't fix the problem but wanted to try one more thing. They found an additional fault, LCD connector on main board, replaced that and LCD, and I now have a fully working iPad. Took around 4 hours, charged me as quoted, and were super friendly, and very professional. I would certainly recommend.

Imagine my horror my six year old had managed to push in his docking/charging connection into his ipad and could it no longer charge.
Arghh, anyone reading this with kids will know the nightmare I was facing. I needs to get this fixed and I need to get this fixed quick.
Initially I contacted the nearest repair company (ismash) to my work to see if they could fix it. Checking on their website the price was £60, so off I went to book it in.
Once at the store I was told it would be £100, to which I replied it states £60 on your website. The assistant disappeared to talk to the engineer and came back saying “well if it is a problem with the connection, that is on the motherboard and will need to be sent off, it will take up to three weeks”. She then said offered to try and reconnect the original connection but that I would be charged £35 and it might not work.
Dilemma, I decided not to patronize iSmash because in my opinion they suck at customer service.
Next I decided to try a repair company closer to home, he wanted £70, eh no thanks.
Time for some more due diligence.
Looking online I found iCorrect based in Central London, near Oxford Circus. They charge £50 to fix the port connection, so I booked it in online, traveled the next day to drop it off and wait whilst is was fixed.
I arrived and was greeted by a friendly receptionist who asked me to wait until one of the engineers were available. Less than ten minutes later Chris came to discuss my problem. I explained the issue and he went to check if he had the parts in stock. Taking the ipad with him he said he would try and fix it by reconnecting the original port.
He returned with some good and some bad news. Bad news first I would need to leave a review. Your reading it. Hope you like it.
Good news he managed to reconnect the existing port connector and would not charge me for the service. Result.
It is not very often you find a company with this level of customer service.
So if your ipad, iphone, macbook or watch breaks down and you need to find a repair company in Central London, that not only cares your device but also about your experience, iCorrect is the only place to go.
Great prices, Great location and great customer service.
Oh and one final thing, Chris my little boy said thank you very much for fixing his ipad he thinks your super great.

Amazing service from online booking to patience and timely fix. I had to go back a couple of times as my touch was behaving weirdly after the screen replacement and they fixed everything and sent the phone to my work by courier! They will not leave with a faulty product! Highly recommended!

Brilliant service. I had touchscreen issues after a screen replacement (iPhone 7+) and had to come back twice for a permanent fix but they did not stop until they found the problem and made the repair. They also refunded me the full amount for the inconveniences caused, which was just classy. Always available via email and amazing service at the store as well. I would totally recommend.

Good service. I replaced my battery however there was an error and they issued me my phone with my old battery however I noticed it (when unlocking phone after restarting it Touch ID should not work, and my phone battery was draining at the same rate as before). I went back to the store and reported it and they apologised and immediately replaced the battery. It is now working perfectly fine. I probably would give five stars if it wasn't for the mix up. This shouldn't deter you from visiting the store as the staff is very nice and service is quick

These guys are amazing - replaced a completely broken iPhone 5 screen in under 30minutes. It felt like receiving a brand new phone when i got it back. Very helpful, good price, stunningly fast service, and had total confidence in them. I wouldn't get a screen replaced anywhere else. Two year warranty is a great bonus too.

I would absolutely NOT recommend this company for device repairs. They took 7 HOURS to get my phone back to me after being assured the entire repair and return would take around 3 hours. The collection was prompt and I was sent a bill for the repair 2 hours after collection. I paid the invoice 2 minutes after receiving it, expecting my repaired device to be returned to me within the hour of payment (as I had been told multiple times). 3 hours after payment I called the company who had ‘forgotten’ to arrange a courier to return it, but was again assured I would have it back in 45 minutes. Another 1.5 hours later, at 5.45pm I furiously called the company again, this time saying they had no idea where it was and the courier should have arrived by now. Eventually it turned up at 6.15pm from a very rude courier.
To make this whole experience worse my phone screen has been SCRATCHED in the repair process. I would STRONGLY advise against using iCorrect, they clearly do not perform their repairs with any degree of care, and furthermore exhibited a distinct lack of care about customer satisfaction. I am wholly uninpressed and extremely disappointed. Go somewhere else!
