This store is massive set over at least three floors. Anyone every wanting to see what the profit margin of Apple is should just stand in this store. The staff member who helped us with the broken product - non functioning keyboard - which we understand happens to many devises with this keyboard, and apple fix the problem for free, was very helpful. I do think Apple should provide an immediate replacement product as it takes them five days to repair - which is a long time for a student to be without a devise.

Setting is slick. Service staff are polite. But if you want a simple price list for repair, your forced to book an appointment (for another day). Once you return, your kept waiting and told a price about 5-10x what a local operator may charge... In other words, they'd rather you just but a new phone.

I love Apple but their after sales service is really getting terrible. Once your mac is 4 years old, they try to push a new one in your face, instead of doing their best to fix the issue. I had to take a damaged mac to an independent, all good now. Plus their in-store USB memory sticks are very expensive.

Excellent service by the the genius bar team. Fixed my laptop within 1 day and did a fantastic job. The guy who dealt with me was extremely knowledgeable and knew the answer to every question i asked him. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I had to take my 27” iMac in for repairs- I am very busy and stressed about a deadline so I didn’t arrive in the best of moods. First an associate kindly offered to carry my heavy computer up to the 2nd floor for me Then, the genus bar employee, Hamid (I hope I am spelling that right!) was so friendly and so competent I forgot how stressed out I was. He is BRILLIANT. Whatever he is earning it should be more. Thanks again, Hamid!

As you would expect from a flagship store the store is a light and spacious area mixing display and workshop areas with a skill that Apple has learnt over the years. My visit was for the Genius Bar which is located on the top floor, which is accessible my Lift. As I have come to expect from Apple the staff are knowledgeable friendly and approachable, and when needed they can put things in layman's terms without being condescending which is a skill few can master. Overall the service provided goes some way towards justifying the high prices associated with Apple products

Annoyed that I had to go in the first place, but apple redeemed themselves as the issue with my phone was eligible for free repair. Genius Bar employee was very helpful and my phone was only out of my hands for an hour - very pleased that I didn’t have to come back another day.

Really friendly, personable staff who went out of their way to fix my problem, which ended up being right as the store was closing on a Saturday night. Staff on the shop floor tried to help solve my problem, and then squeezed me in for a last minute Genius appointment. The Genius explained my problem really clearly and helped me properly understand what went wrong.

Went in a week ago to upgrade my iPhone 6S to an 8. One of the team, Alexia, spent a good 30 minutes going through the upgrade with me and it was effortless. She was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and a great ambassador for the brand. I’ve had no problems since.

This store has a stunning interior, glass and redbrick. It makes it very light and large inside. You don't feel crowded by the other customers and staff. Early mornings are best time to get help and appointments from the genius team.

I went to this place once and was impressed - such a creative hub - all sorts of talks and workshops happening. I went to have my cracked iPhone screen fixed and I collected it all ready on the same day in the evening with all my data and photos still on it. Great service.

I went to ask for a solution for one of my expensive software that isn’t compatible anymore with Mojave. I wasn’t offered any help, I just got told to throw that software away (£300 Logic Pro btw) Luckily I then got in touch with the online support and they were much better at offering solutions

I met the single most unhelpful and rude member of staff in any shop I have ever visited in my life while visiting Apple Covent Garden. Apple, please review your training standards. I am a loyal and regular customer and this is not acceptable! My visit was on Friday 1st.

An employee confirmed me that I could pop into the shop for doing the trade in with my iMac. I came on Saturday with it and another employee said that they had the storage full and I can't do trade in with my iMac 27"!the iMac was really heavy! Please try to teach your employees with the correct store information . I had to pay a second Uber to find a place to sell it the same day..so annoying ..

Exceptional service experienced at the Genius Bar. The best service I've ever had - in any shop, in any country. The person who looked after my machine empathised with the situation, brought the mac back to life and managed the repairs brilliantly. I owe Hamid this review, I hope I've spelt his name correctly. I hope that Apple are looking after him as well as he is looking after his customers.

I was traveling in london and had some problem with my iphone. I went to the genius bar in this store and one of the 'genius' told me this device has a liquid damage and Can't fix it. And you know what...? It is fixed just by resetting it... thank you 'genius' this one star is for your inability.

Wait times and customer service were terrible today. Got told i can upgrade so made a Reservation. Arrived there and had to wait 40 minutes extra to see someone. After 1 hour of coming and going with my phone i was then charged for a virtual repair in order to exchange phones to then be told after 2 hours of waiting that i’m not actually eligible for the upgrade as had been emailed wrong. Had to wait even longer then to get a Refund for the repair. Shocking wait times.

My BeatX earphones stopped working a month ago while away for summer holiday. They blink white and red, connect for a few minutes, then disconnect. After researching online, it looks like a common problem. Once returning to London, I brought the earphones in for a repair. The staff member rudely told me that I couldn't get them repaired because they were 13 months old (outside of the manufacturers 12-month warranty). They said Apple could repair them for £29. I chose that option, but then they said they couldn't do that because I purchased the earphones in the States. Surely a company of Apple's statute could have made things easy for me and repaired my earphones, especially since it's a common problem. I was even willing to pay for the repair, which I don't necessarily think was the best way to help a customer resolve the issue. The store wasted my time, and now I have a pair of earphones that won't work after only a year of minimal use. I've been an avid Apple customer for a decade (have always loved their Macbooks), but I will now reassess my relationship with them and look for alternatives. This was an easy enough fix and way to please a long-time and loyal customer, and instead you decided to dismiss me.
