Customer support done right. As an android user and occasional mobile developer, I can only highly recommend a visit. Staff were very sharp and helpful when exploring device options (I spoke to Terence who particularly knew his stuff). They also do demo sessions & 1-1s to get you to make the most of your device. Excellent flagship store with exceptional staffing.

Samsung is my favorite smartphones-brand. My first smart phone was not a Samsung phone, and then the 2nd one was Samsung and ever since I only buy Samsung when I'm changing my smart phone! I visited Samsung in London to change the screen protector of my new phone :) I was so happy that Samsung had a small corner for that in their store! The screen protector they changed is amazingggggg and the staff were super friendly and I had a good time there till the screen protector was changed, it took about 15 to 20 minutes. I wish if you guys could do the same in Germany! I only have one thing that I was not happy about regarding my last order from Samsung, when I ordered my new phone the phone comes with free Samsung buds in the offer, but I only received the phone and never the buds, I contacted them and they said they don't know when it will be delivered. :) so Samsung please send me my Samsung buds :D

I walked to the store to request a repair for my Samsung Galaxy S9 (smashed screen). I was told I would have to make an appointment but that the repair would be completed the same day. I then walked back two days later for the actual appointment but was told that the repair would now take two days to complete because of an absence of engineers. When I requested to be given the service I was promised I had a succession of increasingly senior and surly gentlemen come out and tell me it was impossible. No sign of an apology at all, except from the young lady who my original appointment with who was very pleasant and helpful and did her best to get her managers to help me out. £219 for a smashed screen is daylight robbery anyway and completely different level from iphones. Seriously unimpressed with the whole thing and have now made an appointment with "ismash". That was the "Samsung Experience" for me.

Very slow service. There was more than 10 people in the queue and only 2 staff was there. There supposed to be 4 to 5 staffs. Average waiting time was more than one hour. You have only one support service branch in London, you should deliver quick and good service. Thank you

Awful service and awful experience. Complete robbery In December 2018 I bought an S9. The same day I got the old SIM card dropped inside. the very next day I took it the the store the charged me £300!!!! ( the phone costed 700 the previous day) When I tried to complain The manager referred me to online. you have nobody to write an complaint. The report said I had broken the tray (not true, I still had it intact) and that the motherboard was damaged. It was not possible. I asked for the part back. They refused. I asked for someone to show it to me. They said it was not possible, it needed to be returned to Samsung

Ocean is an absolute star! She was polite, cheerful and even when she couldn't answer my queries she was honest about it and immediately went to grab a few colleagues to help. Super helpful staff here and the team were genuinely happy to have a laugh and a chit chat... really made it worthwhile to go in-store as opposed to my shopping online. Even when I went in last Sunday, they were swamped with customers but a couple of the staff still managed to to make sure I was being served!
