SCAMMERS! DON’T buy Apple products from Argos! I’ve ordered Apple Watch on 6.02 and I haven’t noticed that wasn’t the newest generation so I’ve decided to return it. I was trying to organize collection from home for over two months. I went through at least 20 collection dates that they should come pick up the item, but they didn’t. Collection were cancelled at 10pm after whole day I was waiting for them....they were trying to sort out when I was calling them but clearly I knew that they don’t give a sh* about it. Money been taken, so now it’s not their priority to collect item. Such a nightmare. Hundreds of chat messages with them, calls and finally after two months someone came to collect it. The lady believe me look like rachet....homeless. So I’ve asked her if she can give me proof of collection but she said she is not doing it, I’ve said that I won’t give her anything with no proof that she collected this from me. She agreed to send me email that I’ve got. On the email says that the money should be in a week time. It’s been two weeks already and nothing. Contacted them on online chat. 4 times after giving my order number people left chat (that happened before too so I wasn’t surprised of their tactics), 5th person told me that she won’t give me return and I need to contact my card issuer. I was shocked. Contacted them over the phone and lady told me that they did investigation and she told me that I’ve sent them fake Apple Watch back!!! This is incredible and I can’t believe this could happen in such a big company like Argos. I am going to do everything to get my money back and to make sure these guys will be punished for the way they treated me as it’s unbelievable. I am going to spread the word everywhere and I am thinking to go to police as this might be big thing inside Argos - maybe someone took my Apple Watch and replaced with fake one. I am sure there are CCTV there so police will be able to investigate it. Don’t buy any Apple products there as you might be accused of sending them back fake products. DON’T TRUST THEM.

Argos is quite popular and it was quite busy when I visited recently. Buying Lego from Argos 80% of the time they are damaged and even got holes! I lost the battle to fight! Joan who works there is lovely and polite! She has super fantastic customer service. Well done! Lots of space to move and there is the usual hand gels at the entrance. There is plenty of parking at all times but a little bit tight on the Argos side!

Excellent customer service, the staff members are very helpful when you need some assistants with finding a particular item. Very spacious on the inside with a modern look to it with a very big warehouse housing a wide array of products with most of the products still being in stock.

REALLY pleased this store is opening (with appropriate social distancing) again.... I'm a big fan of the service Argos brings to the community and in particular this branch ... I have certain disabilities that make my forays on shopping trips a chore but the staff are so patient I am very grateful .. Keep up the good work ....ps the parking is excellent

Why here? Argos is nice because you get a nice range of products in a very convenient location. In this very place it would make sense to have another kind of store. It doesn't make sense to go carrying anything big from there to your house. (You can buy online)

Been here a few times... Only cos it has free parking. Service is an absolute disgrace. Staff need serious training and reminders they chose to do a customer service role. If they don't want to provide a satisfactory level... Sack them! Waited ages for an item and when the guy did eventually bring it out he left it on the shelf. I asked him to pass it to me as I had been waiting ages... He replied it isn't his job to pass it to me. Only problem was I don't think it was anyone else's either as there was no one there to serve the items customers had already paid for... What a joke!!!

Probably one of the bigger and better Argos stores in London, they have a good range and the staff are fast and friendly. I ended up buying a vacuum cleaner from here as it was easier to do that than try and sort out the online delivery ????. Argos really needs to sort out online delivery as they offer same day delivery and then when you try and take that option all delivery slots for that day are booked out.

It's a better Argos that the one you find on Peckham. Modern and faster. Has a lot of products and good prices but this kind of stores are half way between old model and Amazon, so I guess they won't be around too long.

I had the misfortune of rude and incompetent staff on 27/11/2018. I bought a Samsung TV on the 22/11/2018 because it was on sale due to black Friday I assume, but I never opened it until Sunday 25/11/2018, when I put the power on there were a line/crack from to bottom, then I dialled Argos customer services the next day and was told to take it to the store on arrival I was greeted by a rude individual when I explained the problem she fetched her team leader, then the first individual accused me of that the crack was on the middle of the TV which it does not matter anyway where the crack was ( her exact word was you thought we will never open it and put the power on with a grin on her face ). I was shocked and angry. Anther accusation was that I bought the TV on 22 of November 2018 and I was probably using it and break it until now but I had TV already I did not need it immediately. Then the team leader accused me of damaging the TV AND putting a plaster on the actual TV itself before realising it was not actually a plaster but the original film covering the TV which I never removed. Then they made me call Samsung customer services which was professional and understanding. The worst experience of my life in any retail. Never I or my family will ever shop in Argos. Argos should be ashamed of themselves for employing such rude and incompetent staff. Their last excuse for this treatment was well we have to fellow the procedures which I don't mind but it is the ruddiness and ignorance of the staff. They embarrassed me in front of many customer. They never offer me to talk privately until right at the end when I asked the names of the two people involved. the team leader apologised at the end but only when she realised that I am taking the matter further which was too little too late. I gave them one star because there were no lower rating. I now complained to Argos customer services and demanding a copy of their CCTV camera and will see how they handle the matter before taking any further action which embarrass them. I have some footage on my mobile as well which shocked my family.

Well, staff knows what they are doing but not very friendly. They do not smile or try to make you feel welcome. Therefore when it comes to customer service, it's not satisfactory. I had a large item to carry home and they didn't give me nothing to help me. I bought a bag and I thought it was enough to put around the box so it can function as a handle but it was too short. They did not care to help me. I saw that one of them assisted an another lady with a string. I guess if they don't like someone as much they do not help.

Avoid Argos online like the plague. Nothing to do with this store? It does now. If your company spent more money on customer service and less on the store interior design this would be a positive review. Ordered items online which were in second hand condition, long holds on the phone, replacements not coming, selling items out of stock. A shambles.
