Seriously guys...don't bother with Argos anymore. Would not recommend it. Their customer service is appalling. They have not after care at all. Had an issue with a tablet and and Amazon Firestick. Was given false information from their online customer services and was unable to return the item under warranty. Amazon is the way forward. Their customer service is out of this world.

Just bought Alba 10 inches tablet & leather cover for protection. A minute ago order online through mobile app straightaway collection message received.Nice customer service and very quick and helpful as well. Cause of current COVID restrictions not allowed inside store so be prepared according to weather situation might be have to wait in queue outside 2-4 minutes.But i always find this quick and quiet.

JACKIE to proceed a refund of a TV which I really needed to return due to have technical faults. She's a good manager indeed. ???? Appreciate the team for their wonderful customer services. Went to Argos Whitechapel and was surprisingly impressed by the service delivered. Initially I went in with my child and his mother, to exchange an item. However, I didn't have a mask on and was not let in (which is understandable due to the current climate) but i explained that I have a health condition to the security officer, which restricts me me wearing the mask for too long of a period. Jackie, the customer service officer was exceptional. After having a brief discussion with the security officer they allowed me in but within a certain perimeter. She went on to reassure me as she also has certain unwanted health conditions. She was extremely pleasant, very efficient in handling the refund with second to none customer service. Staff like her are the reason why stores get visited often and customers return which i will to that store. At such an unprecedented time, we only hope we don't end up speaking to a computer but rather have these services available to us face to face! Thank you again Jackie

Went today. The staff are so unbelievably rude and unwelcoming. You get accosted at the door by somebody and have to justify why you want to come in ("er, to buy something" - why else would I be coming in!). You get ordered to a machine and then barked at not to move from it. This is in the spirit of being coronavirus-secure, of course - but when you think about it almost all shops manage to do so whilst maintaining a sense of normality and treating customers courteously. Personally I wouldn't go back here.

I ordered a camera from Argos. I picked up the order from a drop off at Sainsburys in Bethnal Green and took it home. The item in the box had been replaced with a cheap USB charger of similar size and weight and the box had been sealed up. I rang up Argos and they wanted nothing to do with it. Absolutely disgusting customer service and a fraudulent transaction they want to wash their hands of. Either they don't check their returns or they have thieves somewhere in the distribution system. Either way it's not great. And if something goes wrong they will do nothing to help you. Argos will never again get a penny from me. Save yourself from a similar experience.

Stock level is not that great of you want to buy on the day. The staff are not exactly friendly. Otherwise ordering something is relatively painless and all the self service touchscreen and payment devices work fine

Would have been a 5 but if I hadn't of used my common sense and prompted the manager he was clearly in the wrong. If you have a bed available for free home delivery within 14 days and after advising me I'm mistaken while flicking to the page to read "14 days" half an apology later trying to charge me delivery for a month later because it's not in the time frame?! Luckily after advising I'd cancel they offered me 10% off. Would have been better to find that as their first option!

I always shop at Argos, its prices are sometimes unbeatable. I've bought great stuff (plates, teapot, microwave, pints, curtains) and not so great (silverware, toaster, mugs, roaster). It's a bit small compared to other Argos stores, but really friendly. The staff is very helpful and hard working.

Worst store to purchase orders from. Manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have been this store countless time and each time had a problem with an order and the Manager has been useless. This time I did the fast track online and I recieved a text and email to collect my order. I went to the store and was told to collect my item after the holding date. I was trying to explain if I come after the holding date my item would be sent back. The managers response was only to come after the holding date. How incompetent. Calling customer service is just as useless.

I can't believe the negative ratings on the staff! These guys are always smiling and as helpful as you can get. Of course it is always very busy, like all Argos shops. But if like me you reserve your items online and pay at the machine you will never wait more than 5 minutes. The long wait at the till is due to people hogging the cashier for ages, it is not because of the staff. I would definitely recommend this shop, if of course you are wise enough to pay at the machines and not the till.

When enquiring about ordering some sainsbury tu Wales Rugby t shirts at my local argos store, a customer service man recommended I order the t shirts via argos website as they would get to store quicker. Two days later the t shirts were ready for collection, just in time for the Wales/Ireland Rugby match. Great customer service. The instore collection experience was fairly quick and relatively straightforward. Also none of the agro you get from curry's trying to sell you unnecessary after care products that you won't and don't need.

Very handy local store, with a surprisingly broad range given its size. While it has a tendency to get very busy at peak times like early evening and after school, and the Fast Track service is occasionally understaffed, it's usually a pretty painless experience. Knocking one star off primarily because the internal layout is actually quite hard to navigate in a wheelchair.

They have finally upgraded this store. My previous review was 1star as service was very bad and slow. Self service machines were not working and no order numbers for collection points. They have now upgraded so better collection point with order numbers showing on screen and being called out.

The worsted Argos branch I've been to. It's as if you've entered a branch in Bangladesh and the service is such third class as if Argos has changed it's agreed level of service to it's customers. You buy an item, that's it, even if you haven't opened the package you are offered a flimsy voucher! This is only a small example of the inconsistency of the people and this branch. Even their security is flimsy.

This branch has really bad customer service. The best thing to do is reserve and pay online or click and collect much quicker and you do not need to see their moody faces. The fat guy called saj really horrible has really bad speaking skills. Talks in a rude manner has attitude. Typical east london attitude has no speaking skills whatsoever. Not sure how he got employed with that attitude he is a bloody bull. The other staff when you get served they so moody like they dont want to be there.

Small store, felt like the staff were coping with the tools they had been given. Number system not working as well as a number of the fast track 'do it yourself' pay stations. Had reserved a item online - took them ages to find it considering the email saying it's ready for collection. Needs a refurb - worth going to one in Cannon Street or by bank station far better!

The system was down and the shop was closed, I phoned them and told me we will be opened shortly after 30 minutes. I waited in the street for 30 minutes and they closed the shop completely and I went to the airport and left my stuff in London. Well done Argos for employing unprofessional employees

Nothing special to say about this particular store. Majority of the items were not in stock and unlike other newer stores, their touchscreens are awful (hello there, IBM touch screens) and keep freezing on you. Overall I thought it was a pain to shop here but luckily the process of buying wasn't as slow.

This is worst Argos I ever been to. The store manager Saj (gorilla looking guy) is very rude. Very agressive and argumentative.The uniform he wore was dirty and foul smell came from him and a small bugs was on the desk. I will never go there. The store needs a good revamp and new staff with good mannaners. Argos please train your staff
