A quiet Monday night and the staff hiding around at the back, spend almost an hour trying to buy a reserved item due to someone complaining at the front of me but rest of the staff were incompetent to help out

Sort out the queue system, really crappy screen never work, you are better off going to the Argos in the city , which is much more high-tech and not as populated with the random elk of Whitechapel.

Worst Argos I've ever been in, service was terrible and only one, very slow person, collecting items. Waited 30mins for 2 items, both of which he collected and brought back from the warehouse at separate times!! Adding to the wait.
