The shop is a standard Argos, but when I went, I wasn't given all of the items. This resulted in me having to go back to collect the part I wasn't originally given. I did email to complain, and did get an apology, but it was such a kerfuffle lugging the item around (it was a bookshelf) that it left a bit of a sour taste.
