Customer service was exceptional and the prices are very competitive. Knocked down a star as I was sold a product that was incompatible with the tool I was purchasing it for and I relied on the knowledge of the customer assistant, which in hindsight was not a wise decision.

first use of website was infuriating but good once it got working although choosing items is quite clunky, order arrived fast but incomplete when i finally managed to order. quick ohone call to customer service and missing items arrived next day. bad website, great customer service.
