Amazing historic department store now reopen (December 2020) given London’s Tier 2 lockdown status. A one way system is in place which you can tell particularly with the staircases but the store is as charming as ever and half of the fourth floor has been taken over by the Christmas shop! And while the hours say noon for Sunday the doors open at 11:30am.

I love it here, the beautiful old building is worth it even if you're not a shopaholic! I adore the stationery section especially... could spend days ogling at all the pretty things

Liberty is a quaint little store. Great for good gifts, and for getting the latest designer trends. The interior is unique in the London high street retailers, very inviting. I particularly love the Christmas display. Also seems like their advent calendars are great, but I haven't managed to get one yet. Highly recommended if you're ever in the Oxford Circus / Carnaby Street area.

It's always a pleasure going to Liberties and after such a long time of no shopping it made the visit extra special. Really beautiful department store with super friendly staff. I also had a piercing at the Maria Tash concession. The piercer was friendly, put my mind at ease and incredibly professional. The sales associate Zack was also very friendly and humoured my over the top nerves. All in all I will be going back, again and again to Liberties

Beautiful building and visual merchandising throughout fantastic. Being a high end store there isn't many bargains to be had even in the advertised sale however definitely worth a visit and plenty to splurge on

Some nice stuff in there but feels like it's resting on its reputation a bit. Needs to change layouts and displays a bit. Place lacked any sort of energy

The best department store in London full stop. The customer service is impeccable, never snobby, always polite and reasonable with returns or any issues. The store is beautiful, the curation is top notch (I love the direction they have taken in this sense in the last few years). They have the most amazing loyalty program that has saved us hundreds of pounds and has meant we have chosen Liberty over other stores as we feel taken care of and appreciated as customers.

As much I like shopping in the shop, I absolutely hate contacting customer service, which I have done only twice and faced “I don’t feel like talking/answering you” attitude. It seems like Liberty became an arrogant leader with few really great brands - and this business stopped investing in loyal or potential customers. I would like to avoid complaining about this iconic London brand’s VERY POOR online shop - with mistakes and payment issues.

Always a pleasure to visit and be served by professionals. My favourite section - shoes, hidden away with beautiful seats to use and try on those new boots!

Really disgusted by their recent service. I bought some expensive treats for myself including a tin of biscuits. When we got home we realised that half the box had broken biscuits in them! Rather than doing a good will and sending us a replacement they wanted the old box back. Well you can have your old box for a replacement but I won't be shopping with you ever again. This is how my fave shop treats their loyal members. No thanks! I'm done with Liberty London.

Nice flowers on entrance. Staff completely unapproachable and keep chatting in huddles. Products aren’t even that good it felt more like a museum tbh

Liberty of London is a MUST see when you are in London! The building itself transports you to another Era. The beauty of the building alone is spectacular. And then you walk inside to see the stunning and artistic sets that they have throughout the store. Just beautiful! Don’t forget to go upstairs to take a look at their iconic textiles! You won’t be disappointed!

Always a pleasure to wander round Liberty. Excellent homeware and clothing, and not just a tourist location.

They have some amazing decor over Christmas. Although their products range is on a higher scale, they have a very unique set of brands and products.

We enjoyed the Christmas department, but missed the seasonal decorations and especially the afternoon tea which we'd been hoping to enjoy and which is not available. No sense of occasion- plain surface tables, casually dressed staff (jeans and t-shirt.) Oh for the days of Liberty print tablecloths and smart waiting staff, with proper fine china. Went elsewhere to find that.

Beautiful store with appalling online customer services. I made a complaint today and the Customer Services assistant send me the most condescending email explaining how 'e-commerce works' and "if I don't feel comfortable shopping online" to shop in stores. Have never experienced this kind of feedback from any company in my life, ever.

Liberty Known around the world for its close connection to art and culture, it is most famous for its bold and floral print fabrics. The vast mock-Tudor store also sells men's, women's and children's fashion, beauty and homewares from a mix of high-end and emerging brands and labels.

Original Fashion, looks like Japanese kind of style and unique pieces from high brands. The largest collection of christmas tree decorations i've ever seen in one shop.

Anyone interested in fabrics, colourful collections, and all under an open roof in a classical building must come here. The shop has many things to offer, and we barely scratched the surface. Beauty, stationery, fabrics, some wool wearable and many others. Very well trained staff, attending and polite and very helpful. Liberty garments are very well known and sought after back home, and I was disappointed to discover that the main store (this one) had better collection and better offers in Summer. Shepherd's Bush shops may have had cozy feel a long time ago, but there is to go back to them after seeing what this shop has to offer.

Incredible shop. Must be one of the top of the world! Definitely a must for visiting. Cannot visit London without paying a visit to Liberty's. Have a wonderful Christmas room on floor four every year. Stunning shop. All mock Tudor with beautiful balcony's overlooking all the floors below. Gorgeous children's wear room. Not massive but has all the latest Liberty's children's clothing. Lovely for gifts. Can stop in for tea and cakes but would need to book.

One of my favourite shops in the world for all things Home and gifts. Absolutely gorgeous Christmas department. And my mum always could use a 1.5m cut of some unique Liberty fabric. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and they allow a well behaved dog, as well.

Liberty London Greatly missing this iconic London Store. It has a plethora of wonderful items in its many different departments and is definitely a ‘destination’ to visit in Central London. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Walking into this emporium always gives a sense of true magic. When the doors open again please try and visit and show support for one of London’s oldest stores.

Great building where we can find great stuffs that we might not find in any other store. Staffs are very nice. The architecture of the building is great; so clasic. Go up to the top level of the building then see downstairs; it’s so beautiful. So weather you intend to buy a thing or not, Liberty is nice place we can explore. I love this store, must visit place in London.

So beautiful, seriously worth a visit. It was VERY busy at the start of December though, but once you can get to the upper levels it’s way quieter. I do find Liberty to be very overpriced, many of their products are made in China and not fair trade, which I don’t love. They’re very beautiful though.

Have always wanted to visit the world famous Liberty department store over the years and came for the first time this weekend. Firstly the mock Tudor facade and interiors looks amazing. However I do find that the interior layout of the stalls look cluttered when compared similar high end stores such as Harrods and Selfridges, though not as bad as Fortnum & Mason. I'd shop here if I wanted something really special, but not for everyday items as it's just too expensive for what you're getting. Even then I'd only come if heavily discounted. I just don't like to waste that kind of money.

The beautiful Tudor style build such a iconic sign in London! The service in the place is wonderful to make every customer feel like family. The merchandises they offers not like any other department store, but unique and very British! The Liberty prints are so beautiful, it even have pillows and pyjamas now!
