Great shop over 4 floors. Home, mens, ladies, kids etc. Also I believe there are 3 counters to pay which is great as this shop is usually very busy. Although today is visited Wed afternoon and it was very quiet. Its well kept and there are always lots of staff who are happy to help with any questions

I love this Tkmaxx, It has a very good selection, an is bigger than others, is very clean and neat, staff is following the government requirements about Covid, they ask you to wear a mask and gives you hand sanitizer at the entrance, the spaces between racks are very good now, it gives you plenty of space to browse and select the items your want without being too close to other customers, staff guide you where which way you should go through the shop. If you need to try on some shoes, they will provide you with disposable liners and every single floor has some hand sanitizers in case you want to double o triple clean your hands, Love it!

I like this brunch. They have wide range of goods. I bought my favourite fragrance from Stella McCartney at a good price. And really cool jeans from Allsaints with 84% discount, only for £16.

My favourite TK Maxx in the whole of London! It feels like the staff are CONSTANTLY tidying and organising and just making things look in order. I mean, you even see colour matching everywhere! I absolutely love visiting this store because it's just so beautiful to look at and makes browsing easy. I always leave with much more then I was planning on buying.

Been exploring a few Tk Maxx in London looking for toys for my nephews and niece and some souvenirs for my family. Some findings were good, some not so good. My favourite is Tk Maxx in front of the Gherkin. A bit far to travel, but worth it!

Awesome shopping at Tkmaxx. What's not to love. It's a pity some customers treat the staff so rudely. There not there to be abused. Such a shame that some imbicles can not act like adults, but argue like spoilt brats.

I visited 2 TK Maxx on Saturday, Charring Cross Rd and Oxford Street. They open at 9am so I always go early. Both stores have staff at the door with hand gel and clickers. Separate entry and exit clearly marked. They have removed some shelves in Charring Cross store to give shoppers more space. All checkouts in these stores have perspex for cubicle style payment. I felt very safe shopping there and enjoyed my experience will be going back for .Christmas gifts

Amazing!! I was surprised with how clean this branch is. Great displays of product and very well organised great visual display and availability. Lots of staff available on the shop floor which is always nice to see and product knowledge of staff is impressive!! Enjoyable shopping experience. For a small branch I was very impressed ????

Way too busy for my liking. You have to queue around the corner and be given a number. Then they call you and let it groups of people. However, it's still too cramped. The shop is packed tightly with clothes and bumping into other people is unavoidable. I'll be keeping away for now.

A nice new Tk Maxx in downtown London. Comparing to other Tk Maxx stores, the variety of products is good. Well completed range of sizes.
Even though there are a lot of customers and tourists, floors and surface are always well organized instead of messy environments (some Tk Maxx stores are quite chaotic after customers shopped like mobsters.)
Well trained staffs and efficient checkout counters.

Worst experience with a security guy (bold guy)who pushed me away from the chair while I was trying on some shoes, he told me I'm to close to him, he wasn't wearing his mask and he was playing games on his phone. I wanted to make a complaint to one of the managers, a girl said she is one of the managers but when I said is about the security guy she spoke on top of me saying he is not working for TK Max and next second she left.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've seen in my life... (this has happened on the 6th of October around 3:20pm)

Love this TK Maxx. Can't comment on the women's department but men's is really good. Great choice and plenty of bargains on some exceptional pieces. Really good if you are looking for jackets and trousers. Good selection of shoes too and great variety of rucksacks, holdalls and other luggage... Highly recommended!
