I love shopping here. The store is always clean and organised. Food is fresh and there is plenty to choose from. Staff are always ready and at hand to help no matter the issue. Despite the area it’s situated in, the store is always quite in the mornings which is probably the best time to do your shopping to avoid the rush.

Large store with lots of departments. Quite convenient to shop in one place for everything. The prices are higher than average from similar brands. They offer clothes, shoes, accessories and other items for women, men and children. Food hall is great but crowded.

Great store didn’t have my size so ordered it to come the next day. This was at 2130 at night. It arrived at 10am next day. Tried it on and it was a great fit. In the suit department Mussa was the best he insisted on giving me a suit bag even although he didn’t have to. Service was amazing would go back for sure..

Firstly, this branch of M&S must select their best employees to work here
as they are so pleasant and helpful.
The food area is huge but what I appreciate this place for is their deep inventory. In other M&S branches they often seem to run out of certain sizes.
Not here, that is why I return.

Love the big food hall in the basement. Has a large selection of groceries, deli counter, lots of flowers to choose from in the floral section, a great selection of wine, beer and spirits, and well merchandised too!
Tip: Need a break? There is a takeaway counter in the food hall, and seats where you can grab a bite to eat.

Ordered a salad box from the Market Place, only got three of the five items listed. £6 for a couple of bits of halloumi and a pita bread. Even got charged £1 extra for some other salad. Thought I would give them another chance after getting a really skimpy curry portion previously. Wish I hadn’t bothered. Avoid!

Great shop with everything you need. Especially their food hall is amazing since you will get a huge variety of food from different countries.
They also sell fresh herbs out of the pot in a huge variety, which I really appreciate.
