Went for lunch with my son on his birthday and loved it. ALL the staff in the restaurant (The Terrace)and in the store were friendly and professional. Food was great. Special mentions to Patrick in the men's wear and Mandy by the Kiehl's skincare. Both were very helpful, made our day special..

I went here to treat myself for my birthday. Every single staff member I communicated were genuinely lovely and friendly. I had come from Harrods where the atmosphere wasn't relaxed. Such a nice shopping experience, 10/10 customer service

A lovely place to shop and eat. Customer service here is amazing much better than many other shops around. Like to shop there and do online shopping as well. The food and drinks in the 5th floor terrace are really good and again the customer service is amazing. Like to visit it regularly specially the terrace.

Very pleasent experience got everything I was looking lovely presented great location. However said all that I bought nothing at HN felt it was more a place to be seen entering and take a pic for Instagram when leaving with full bags. However it is still worth a visit

Fondest memories of picking up my low cost Secret Santa gift for a colleague(friend) nearly 2 decades now(she was thrilled with it:)in the Food Hall of all places. One of the best decisions and purchases I have ever made! It was very convenient as workplace was nearby(no distance really).

I rarely review a place. Shameless company with worst online service. Ordered myself a birthday gift together to celebrate my new job this year. The company steal my money 708 pounds worth of goods. Never delivered my purchases but lie together with delivery company. Customer service is also extremely horrific! The treat for myself turns out to be the worst nightmare in 2020.

Harvey Nichols is an absolute disgrace. I ordered a Christmas present for my friend and paid £5 for speedy delivery and an additional £5 for a gift box. The gift in the gift box was supposed to be delivered to my friend within 1-3 days. 4 days later, Harvey Nichols is just dispatching the order & they are only going to deliver the gift. The gift box is yet to be dispatched. So, my friend is going to receive an empty gift box after Christmas (he might not even, as he is moving). Presentation is zero, thanks to Harvey Nichols. And even more perplexing, no customer services to answer and sort this issue out. What has happened to this brand????????

I placed an order on Thursday and requested a next day delivery. I received an email saying that my order's been dispatched with a link to track my order. Link did not work. I did not receive an email notifying me of the time of delivery or anything.
Called customer service on Friday afternoon to check on my order and they told me that DPD tried to deliver my order earlier but no one was home so they'll deliver tomorrow (Saturday). They didn't call. They didn't text. Do they expect people to stay home the whole day and wait for them to deliver? Got the tracking number and found out that delivery was rescheduled to Monday.
I called again this time to cancel my order. I was told that the process will take up to 5 working days for them to receive the order back and inspect it. Inspect what?? I didn't even see the order!! I should expect my refund around 10 days after that!! Seriously???

Delicious food on 5th floor roof terrace. The service was prompt, very quick and efficient. The lady servicing us was very friendly, staff all wearing masks which was reassuring. The terrace is so lovely during the beautiful weather ..

Their online shop is definitely one of the WORST in the UK. Things you order online always go out of stock after you’ve paid and received confirmation. Save your time and go shop elsewhere, it’s not worth wasting your time with this shop.

Visited Zelman Meats on the top floor. It's a great place with top quality customer service and friendly staff. The food was brilliant as well, I'd highly recommend the "dirty steak' cooked at medium rare.
The sides were great too, triple cooked chips and grilled veg was brilliant.
Only negative = The desserts was pretty poor.

Purchased Saint Laurent Wallet. Great packaging and superfast delivery. This is my go to place for luxury goods. Why because of there customer service. When things go wrong you need to be sure you can rely on a customer that sorts things out and I have found them to be very efficient when ordering plus price competitive. Excellent work.

Sorry, not very luxury. Visited last week, understand that there seems to be a lot of staff on furlough as the queue for assistance started to grow very quickly.
Purchased a designed sun glasses from here, and had nothing but the display model. No additional discount provided.

I went in to look for some clothes to purchase in the men’s section. I was made to feel very uneasy by the staff downstairs as they followed me round and kept repeatedly asking if I’m looking for anything in particular. I felt like they were watching me at every section I looked at. I don’t mind the fact they asked if I was after anything however it was at least 4-5 times and it got overwhelming and quite rude as time went on (this doesn’t apply to those working in the shoes area as they were wonderful and welcoming). I ended up leaving and bought what I needed to in Harrods instead, as the staff were much more helpful and didn’t make me feel uneasy. Usually my experiences in other Harvey Nichols stores is a very positive one, however today I felt let down

We went to eat at Burger & Lobster. Here are some pictures of the Original Beef Burger and the Lobster Roll (fries are extra but worth it!). The place was quite crowded but we had a table without reservation. Overall the food was good and I would recommend to go!

This is one of my favourite small & beautiful department stores in London and probably in the world! Selection of items & conceptual brands is exquisite. You always can have a fast bite (or eat properly) on top floor. Their bar is always lively & well supplied. So do yourself a favour - pop in and enjoy!

My favorite Shopping mall. Literally, you get everything you want there at a high price. From Cosmetics, Perfumes, Wines, Clothings, Beauty products, shoes, bags & lots more.
The trendy crowd makes it even more admirable, you meet different people from all walks of life shopping. Available restaurants and pubs, public restroom, help desk Centre, Wheelchair accessible entrance, fantastic sights and sounds.

A great array of designer products including clothes for men and women, accessories, bags and cosmetics. It is reasonably sized and it has multiple floors. Worth a visit for sure if in the area.
It is less majestic and is smaller than Harrods but it sells almost the same products.
