Prepare for a long day! This shop is so big that you need more than a day to see everything. You also need a fat wallet! Not very busy these days due to Covid restrictions, but still a nice crowd. Friendly people.

Pretty overcrowded despite social distancing requirements. Staff seemed it and miss, some genuine and helpful, others like it was their first day working at a McDonalds. Store heating was too high. Signage to find different departments pretty terrible.

Harrods as a store is very well presented, clean and the staff are friendly. However recently it seems to have become over-run by what can only be described as those from the traveller community who have no class and no respect for anyone or anything. Knowledgeable and pleasent staff at Christian Dior cosmetic. Would definitely go back for advise and suggestions on make up. Bought a wall plate at Fornasetti. I wasn't sure which one to get, showed a picture of my flat to the sale assistant who very gladly helped me to choose the ones suitable for my home decor.

It is to expensive for no reason. You can find the same things much cheaper in other stores.
Also the mobile charging kiosk is not working.
It's all about the name anymore. Nothing else. There are much better places to explore
After the Qatar bought it, Harrods lost its prestige.

Truly a legendary landmark - this place is so immeasurably massive that you need Google maps to navigate it. I'm only joking, but it is absolutely huge and somewhat hard to navigate. Incredible to walk around though.

This is the competitor to Galeries Lafayette in Paris. It is so big it will take you a long time to even see half of it. It will take your breath away.
