I had bought a pair of boots that had fallen apart in less then two weeks. With the boots, the bank statement and a reference number the store had refused to return my money. So if you need something that lasts longer then it will take you to give away your cash - better stay away.

Lovely TK Maxx store, not massive but nicely laid out and well stocked. Taking sensible Covid precautions with a one way system in place and glass screens at the checkouts.

Busier than expected given the situation - but I did find a jumper u liked. Not sure what it would be like during the week.
Not many specials on - and I did find some items cheaper online whilst browsing. Would be interesting to see when they introduce a price match option.
When written: fitting rooms were still closed.
Tills were a bit on the slow side.

Small store but quite nice. Today I went there in the afternoon and I didn't had to wait to go in. At the door there was a security man and they also offer hand sanitizer. They have good selection of cosmetics, which I am most interested in. Not too many sport clothes, but else, obviously in city they have not too bad selection of Gold label and attire suitable for office workers. The shoes section is relatively big too.

Very orderly store. Good range of cosmetics and nicely displayed. Was looking also for lingerie/nightwear and active wear - those two sections were dissapointing. The first, very limited, the second had very old fashioned range, not yet vintage, just old fashioned.

Found some decent garments at good prices but it's a bit of a squeeze down there. The isles are wide enough for one person so you have to stand around a bit to wait for people to finish browsing. The sock section is like being on the Northern Line at rush hour ????

Saw two straw bags that were reduced to £6, decided to go back after work and there was one. Took it to the the tills to pay as you would. The lifeless sales assistant decided to carry out a forensic examination of the item. Peeled off the tickets looking for what? I do not know.
She did not give a reason for what she was doing. Walked away with the item, on her return said the item should be £12. I asked how that is so, as there were two earlier on and the ticket clearly shows the reduced price. She said the codes are different the ticket are different
She asked if I wanted to speak to her Manager. I nodded. She went to get her mediocre manager, who stormed to the till. No eye contact, no connection to this world. Gave her authoritative explanation that the item is £12. I asked her why the ticket showed a different amount. Her cold response was someone must have put the ticket on. "Who would do that", I asked. "People do", she said. She stormed off just as her came. So much for customer service!
A polite assistant at the next till obviously over heard our conversation. She confirmed my story. She explained that she sold the other bag for £6 earlier.
I smiled and paid for the other item.
Went to my local store on my way home and the item was £6! It obviously had been reduced nationally.
Grace church branch is a city store and better customer service is expected. Please, train your staff or employ people who understand what they need to give in their roles. Not the one who feel entitled and are rude!

This is my favourite place to shop for shoes and stylish bags at great bargains. I am never in a hurry whenever am here, i practically spend half the day shopping @ TK Maxx. There's something for everyone in the family, just name it. Here you find big labels such as Armani, Gucci, Ralph Lauren, Polo etc. at affordable prices. Great location, cool environment and courteous staff????.

Good choice of ladies clothes and accessories. Don't sell any children's bits though and the stairs are a pain with a buggy! There is wheelchair access but you have to wait to see a member of staff.

Refused to refund me on a pair of jeans that developed tears in several places after a couple of weeks. Terrible customer service, they sent me home to call their customer service number (which turned out to be a wrong number) before making me revisit the store only to tell me "no". A loyal customer lost and they broke the law (statutory rights), all for the sake of 35 pounds.
