Friendly staff and have everything you need at reasonable prices. Easy to find what you're looking for using the terminals in-store or you can order off their website and arrange for in-store pick up or delivery to your home or office. I sent to Maplin next door for a simple audio cable which they priced at £12.99. Argos had something similar for just £2.99.

I went here to collect a few items that I ordered online. I went here straight after work, probably during the peak time. I had to wait like 10 minutes which is not too bad. I have been served by a really knowledgeable and a kind guy called Roshid. A well maintained Argos store in Central London. Thanks Argos for the superb service :)

Shop was empty while I was struggling with a huge purchased item. Female staff who did the payment just stood there looking without helping. Her hands are too fat and lazy to move. Not coming back. Item that I purchased ( a heater) stopped working within 2 weeks. Cheats!

After buying online a fairly heavy item the Shop assistant told me he wasn't allowed to give me anything to make it easier for me to carry the item home..H&S matter all be it I still need to get it home!. How ever another fella Did help me and wrapped some string around it enabling me to carry the item home easier. THIS Argos is the Shop I usually use however not sure i will again.

I don't normally leave google reviews for such large commercial outlets, but on leaving the Tottenham Court Road store this Friday afternoon I decided to change this. And, I'll tell you for why...I was served by the fantastic Amit who was rushed off his feet but found the time and patience to process my refund with ease. Absolutely, fantastic customer service!

This is the most convenient Argos shop in the West End to visit during the week. Usually only a few people there during office hours, making it very easy to pick stuff up on your lunch break if you work nearby

ou would need to wait until you get the email to reset your password All Argos stores are closed. My local Sainsburys with an Argos dont accept click and collect. I have waited many hours. I purchased the two light shades from this store and when I went to return them as they were both damaged in the boxes after getting them home they refused to do a refund or returns from this store as they say apparently according to government guidelines they can sell things but not take them back absolutely disgusting I would advise anybody who is ever going to shop at Argos never to bother they're a s*** company

Pleasant staff. Rapid service. Rapid service is important in a place like Argos. Because, let's face it, you don't want to be there any longer than you have to. It's not designed to make you want to sit or browse. It's like a MacDonald's....you want to get away as fast as possible. (Unless you're a single parent and have got the kids this weekend.) Wink.

Friendly and efficient staff, and after placing your order a relatively short wait time, although on occasion some of the terminals have frozen up on me. No major hassle though since the store is never truly crazy busy, and other terminals are usually available to use. Wheel-chair accessible.

So-so Argos. Plenty of catalogue browsing tablets, half of which seem not to work properly. Not so many tills so long queues. Occasionally have to wait a while for your item. Don't understand this whole secret password thing. Also, they don't take Apple Pay - just a note for the kinds of people who go out with just their phone.

I bought an item here because it was close to work. I felt the staff were dishonest and I felt cheated by Argos because they refused to give me my money back despite having the receipt and it was within the 30 days return period. The item was unused and undamaged. I will not be shopping here again. Very poor customer service.

If you are not from UK and not familiar with Argos, this could be a positively interesting experience. This location is listed as “department store” but it is really a digital department store. You can order items ahead and pick up. But the interesting this is that you don’t have to pre-order unlike amazon pick up locker. The reason for my visit was that my portable steamer broke (yes I travel with one and it is a life saver). After going to another department store that did not have it, a clerk recommended to check out Argos. I walked into this store, browsed and picked items on tables located on the floor. After that, if the product is listed available, you can simply go to cashier and pay for the product. Worked like a magic. Now I have a travel steam iron that can convert between 110-127 and 220-240V!

Ordered online and went to pick up an hour later. Was able to go straight to the fast track line and my items were already prepared. Has been recently been renovated. Looking pretty nice, with a large floor plan and plenty of tablets to order from.

Actually go up to this Argos and buy quite a lot of stuff. Really impressed by some of the staff show a lot of aptitude and very helpful. Good prices and they run a very streamlined sales operation. Quick, speedy and efficient. Good shop.

Modern, open-plan store, but overall poor experience: for starters, parking nearby is very difficult to find. Staff didn't leave the most professional impression when I visited, chatting away outside the store during a "fire drill". Eventually in-store, the service was relatively quick, but an employee handed me my newly bought TV so maladroitly that the box fell (gently) on the floor - pure luck that the TV wasn't damaged. Won't be returning.

Went to pick up something up for my Mother who had purchased something on Fast Track. Gave the friendly Cashier the FT code and PIN and literally received my item 15 seconds later. They do not mess about! 15 seconds!!! I rate this Argos, especially their FastTrack, a solid 15/10 :D

Not quite as convenient as it used to be. You can no longer pay for reserved items before getting to the till. Instead, you pay at the till, then the assistant who served you ushers you over to the side (where there are no chairs) and brings your item over once ready - by which time he / she is also serving other customers. I also note she said she'd retain the receipt until she brought the item over; hardly secure. Also, the girl who served me asked me 3 times if I wanted the Argos credit card. If they want to train their gloom-faced zombies in this way, a little politeness and perhaps a smile might not go amiss!

I order a toy for my son and it has to be delivered to this branch by 20th of August but when I went to collect it I noticed that the store is completely closed temporarily for refurbishment. I even received the text messages that the item being delivered an ready for collection but it did not mentioned in text that the store is closed. The now I don't know that when it will be reopen? There's no any information. I contacted by email to the argos Head office lets see what will happen? I am not happy at all.

this particular branch seems to be conducting a peculiar experiment: on the one hand, everything i wanted was in stock (unlike both the Victoria and Holloway branches). on the other hand, the purchasing method was singularly unlike any other branch I've ever been in. rather than the normal argos way of using a terminal or cashier to pay and then waiting for my number to come up, first there were no self payment terminals. only the cashiers (thankfully very smiley) who rather than returning our receipts, corralled us 'over there' for a frustratingly long time, feeling ignored. eventually the same cashiers had an opportunity to find our items and then had to struggle to remember to whom they were to take them. perplexing!

Almost brand new Argos, all browsing stations have tablets now, no catalogues, the tablets also allow you to check stock. A few were not working but still a good experience. Items came out very quickly.
