Bought a new samsung s7 and open the box to a burst pressurised screen try to take back and was refused the return and they did not even want to look at the phone they just said its no we can not sell this to another customer. 600pounds for nothing

This store was run by a very kind,and friendly Manager,but he left.
Now the person in charge was unfriendly,and rude,as he tried to charge for something which was free in a bundle deal.
Won't be returning to this store again.
Why give a job,or promote someone to a Manager when they've no skills in dealing with customers,as the saying goes the customer is always right.
