3days ago I bought a phone as soon as I took it home and I set it up it didn't work properly and I have decided to take it back , a young boy served me he didn't have experience so he called someone called tom he said he is a manager , so he just looked at the phone and he said we can't take it back, because we can't sell it to somebody else, I did except what they have said to me , but it was terrible front of me the manager took a broken headphone and a play station remote control and He refunded them , when I said why did you refunded them , he said it's deferent, I said what is a deference between my one and their one , he keeps saying sorry we can't do anything for you, the only thing I want to say is why we don't get equal treatment, thanks
