Mediocre, although very friendly in the viewings etc, it went a bit askew after we paid our holding fee, lots of shortness with us and an error in the deposit we'd been quoted multiple times saw us having to pay an extra £120 on the day of moving with no warning. There are many errors in our contract that we haven't been able to have cleared up.

I had a very positive experience with Belvoir, they were extremely easy to work with, explained the rental procedure for my flat and found me a suitable tenant very quickly. I had contacted other agents in the area, Belvoir were by far the most professional.

As tenants, with some agencies one can be treated with less respectful customer service than I would expect.
I am just that.. a customer and as important as 'the owner. The home that I am renting is just that MY HOME
from being shown round our new home to now being a tenant, the Belvoir team have provided great service.
They assisted positively through the (dreadful)referencing process- (this being outsourced to let alliance-not a very good experience! ). through to moving in day and beyond.
The team respond to queries really quickly and efficiently

would highly recommend especially as they seem to be recognising that in the changing housing market where more and more people rent, agents NEED to respect that renters are not secondary to homeowners, and so expect to be treated with the same amount of respect and service afforded to owners.

In the plentiful space of letting agents , they just do not come any better than
Chris Radford. This is a stand up sort of guy, not interested in the hard sell but in the old fashioned ideal that if he makes his customer happy the word will spread, and indeed it has. I would not hesitate to use Chris and his Company again. He is honest and trustworthy and will not steer you wrong. !

Im very happy with the service from Chris and his team at Belvoir lettings Hove. They are professional, courteous, and efficient. They found my tenants very quickly and I am very happy with them. When I asked for a copy of the signed tenancy agreement some two years later it was emailed back almost immediately for which I was most grateful. They would definitely be my first port of call should I require new tenants.

Belvoir have got a professional team and is always there to help. I have been in contact with alomost all of them and have always dealth with nicely and friendly. Our move was a difficult one because of some unexpected issues in the property which was beyond their control too but they went out of the way to help us with this. And a 'thank you card' was an act of true grace. Definitely recommended.

We acquired an apartment through Belvoir and we were managed by Nathan Crombie. He was SO quick to answer our emails whenever we needed anything. And if anything needed fixing in the house Nathan would have someone dispatched immediately to solve the problem. Since we have moved countries, Nathan and his team have even taken the time to write us references in able to help us let properties abroad. They are complete professionals and I was so impressed through the 2 years we lived there. I really couldn't recommend them highly enough!!!

I have been renting in Brighton for several years and have had so much hassle with previous lettings agencies. When Belvoir took over the management of our property from our previous (terrible) letting agents, we thought it would just be much of the same again. However, we were pleasantly surprised. The team are very friendly and helpful, my housemates and I had never had such a positive experience! After our previous tenancy came to an end, we decided to rent again with Belvoir - they were so accommodating with move in/out dates and deposit arrangements (which was very very helpful as we were moving just before Christmas, so you can imagine how stressed we were). Whenever we have had an issue - no matter how big or small - Belvoir are so quick to chase things up and follow through. Reliable letting agents are so hard to come by in Brighton, soooooo glad to be renting with them!!
