As I only sent my passport to you on Monday, the Embassy processed my visa application and returned it to me by Friday, Wow what a great service.
My only negative that I would like to bring to your attention is the fact that we had to send a postal order which we have to pay a surcharge of 11%, could you not accept bank transfers straight into your nominated bank?
But overall I would like to say a big Thank you for such a speedy and brilliant service

I requested my passport renewal and the service was absolutely fast, timely, and efficient. I arrived 25 minutes earlier than my appointment but the staff welcomed me warmly and told me to proceed with my application. The consular service team was lovely and helpful for showing me the precise way to get postal order for the passport fee. Keep up the good work :) !

The staff are all kind and courteous and made the application process experience both enjoyable and straightforward. I also found out that online applications can be made at the embassy itself as all necessary documents can be printed there too. They make it easy and for me was very efficient. My visa was ready to collect the day after submitting my application.

VERY fast and efficient service (by post, I've never done it in person). My only complaint is that for postal applications they ONLY accept payment in postal orders which add considerably to the overall cost. Please consider accepting payment by credit card.
Update April 2019 - Service still fast and efficient thanks. Now only accept payment by bank transfer for postal applications but rather naughtily charge £5 for each payment so if you're a couple you'll need 2 visas = 2 transfers = £10! Would be easier if they accepted payment by debit card for postal applications.

VERY swift service from the consulate for my Bali visa. It took 4 days from the embassy receiving my documents to having my passport complete with Indonesian visa stamp in my hand. And this was only because they received my documents on a Friday, it may have been even quicker! Great service, albeit pricey at £50 cost compared to other visa services. However, it's worth the extra cost for professional and expedited service especially when it comes to procuring visas which can sometimes be anxiety inducing with travel dates looming. 5/5

I know this is not always the case, but they really prioritize your request if they have no queue which I appreciate so much. Very nice staff, polite and very helpful. Visa was issued within one working day. I applied on Thursday and visa reached me by a guaranteed mail on Friday, next day. Such quick action is desirable but it is more convenient if I could receive it on the same day. I do not think it would be technically impossible.

The visa application process was pretty straight forward, and it was easy to book an appointment via the online system. I arrived a bit earlier for my appointment, and they were happy to see me straight away. When I called to follow up on the processing - I spoke to someone very helpful who actually returned my call as he had to check with his colleagues. I collected my passport and visa within two days - no long waiting times or q's and very friendly attentive staff in my experience.

I received an email reminder that my passport was due to expire in 5 months. I can’t imagine what would’ve happened to my holidays as I forgot to check my passport expiry date, so thank you for the reminder. I went to the new embassy building to renew my passport and was surprised at how different it looked compared with the old one. The room was spacious, with 3 computers for people to use and lots of chairs for people to sit. An officer helped me with my application since everything was done online. I managed to complete the process in 15 minutes. Since submitting my application on Tuesday, I was able to track the progress online and by Thursday morning, had received my new passport by registered mail to Leeds. Email queries were replied within 4 hours. Thank you very much for a speedy and excellent service, the consular team were very professional, helpful, polite and friendly.

Went here to replace my old passport. Submitted on Monday and got a new one within two working days. Super duper quick service and very friendly staff. They even reply to my enquiry email within a day. The service speed and quality has definitely improved significantly. Keep up the good work!

Loveliest embassy in London. As an Indonesian myself, I can vouch for the friendliness of the staff. Had my passport renewed with NO fuss at all whatsoever. Very prompt, fast, and punctual.
People on the landline are also friendly and helpful. Hands down my best experience ever.
They also hold various events throughout the year. I came to Eid celebration in 2018 and it was just really lovely.

All in all the whole process took a mere 4 days for me to receive my passport back with the visa in, other embassies please take note, this is how you deal with visa applications!!!!

Very efficient service. Staff friendly. Perhaps some of the details just need to be updated on the website. For example, it does say that you need to pay before visa will be processed, when in actual fact you can pay by debit card, if you pick up the visa in person.
