I rented a flat through them and I will never do it again!!!!!!!
They charged me 300£ to do absolutely nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Other agencies I rented from, changed the utility contracts to my name at least! Only thing they were eager to do, was charging my card!! They were not as quick to give me my deposit back though, as I had to chase them for two weeks, and they kept saying:"we will call you back and let you know". Only after speaking directly to the landlord, who by the way didn't know I was still waiting for the money, I manage to get some answers, otherwise I don't know how much longer they would have kept taking a piss out of me!!!!!!
