Very good experience, Mary McDonald is amazing. She really sped things up for me after I told her about my awkward parking situation. Everyone else was kind and professional but she really went above and beyond to help me and move things along so thank you! Customer service is rare to find nowadays so reassured by her attitude. All the best.

Waiting for a extraordinary long time, in a cue of about 25, only to find the 3 staff members doing nothing but chatting and catching up.. no-door-caretakeing when it clearly states not to enter unless invited! ....note to self: just walk right in..

The single worst customer service I have ever received. Try to avoid an emplyee called Jake Hartfield. He was rude, intrusive and arrogant. I had money in my bank, a driving license and multiple ID was was not allowed to withdraw money in my account without 'proof of an invoice'!! Like it's any business of the bank's what I spend my money on. Because of this branch's customer service, I will be looking at changing banks.

Unless you enjoy queuing for 30 mins Every time I visit only one cashier desk open .Ask for a few thousand in cash and refused to give it to me . Needed to pay a couple of builders . After pleading with the manager I need some money I left with £500... I explained it’s my money and would like to withdraw it and have the correct ID ... NatWest changes its policies on a daily basis with set limits the manager told me ... 20 years of banking with NatWest and couldn’t withdraw my money... Well done the manager (

NatWest Hove enjoy ignoring their business customers at the door. I would advise bringing provisions while you enjoy the 40+ minute queue for the "quick" banking machine.

Despite the bad reviews of this bank, I have always had a positive experience there. If there is a queue, a polite member of staff always asks what we need and helps me to achieve this. Whether it’s showing me to a particular machine to deposit a cheque or to arrange for a one to one meeting if needed. I think that the staff feel frustrated too as they obviously don’t want people standing in a queue complaining and putting a ‘downer’ on their day, but their hands are tied! I accept that there is usually only one teller on duty, which is frustrating especially if you’re in a rush, but I just accept that you can’t do a ‘quick nip’ to the bank anymore. Rightly or wrongly they want everything online ????.

Michal the natwest employee that stood outside and refused me to deposit money and a cheque to my pensioner mothers account is unhelpful and rude. He even threatened to take her card off me even though she's given me permission as she's isolating as per government guidelines. I made it 5 minutes before closing time and he said no entry like Iwas trying to get into a bar. I work nights and trying to help my mother during the pandemic is difficult and your employees should show some leniency and be more helpful during these testing times. Terrible customer service!

Friendly and helpful staff! The wait was normal like you might expect in any bank, there are seats to sit which are fine. Banks get busy and you will have to wait, accept it!

I have bank with NatWest for years and this is my local branch. It seems there is a change in staffing. This branch always has a 15min queue and they have reduced the number of cashier's. Today, just one person. They don't seem to understand that online banking isn't always possible and that thier machines a often faulty. You need more cashier's NatWest. Stop being tight with the wages

Nat West needs to get its act together. They've closed branches left right and centre, and reduced the no. of cashiers - fair enough! However, they close the branches before adding new atms and then when they're installed they don't work. You complain and customer services say "you can use the Post Office to pay money in". The branch staff are helpful and nice but need some joined up thinking from above.

No staff. Long queues. No parking. Staff member was lovely but clearly understaffed with no respect for customers time. Constantly at least 10 people waiting however only ever one counter open. I don’t see them lasting much longer. Their competitors are doing so much better. Shame.

Avoid this branch. The employees seem to hate working there, they don't want to be there and the only joy they have is keeping you waiting in a long line with them. They even removed the quick deposit slots to increase the misery for their customers. Never bail a bank out again. Unfortunately, had to visit there again today. I have been in banks all over the world, this branch is by far the worst. Huge lines, one teller, and cash machines that eat peoples' money. If there were a Keystone Cops award for the worst bank on the planet, this branch would win it. The staff seem to enjoy the comedy of the the total banking farce that existed there.

Worst bank I've ever been to. Queues going out the door whatever time of day you go in. When you get to a member of staff they seem to have no sense urgency at all about the people waiting. Awful.

Only as two opened windows to deal with customers ( Business or normal) hence often long waiting times to be served, and no seating whilst you are waiting. (not good for older folks) . Make sure you are not in a hurry if you decide to visit this branch.

Seems to have been renovated recently and now has just two cashier's positions, so now even more of a wait on Saturday mornings.
