Not enough staff at the tills. Hardly anyone on the shop floor. Pharmacy had a queue. They have photo printing here and beauty too. They were also offering the COVID test.
All in all very good and social distancing was followed.

Very poor customer services. I needed to by something let's say with a big value and apparently they didn't had it on the store so I order it and collected in 2 days its been 3 days and I didn't receive any confirmation email or text nothing (and that's how supposed to be the retailer told me) and I go there and guess what it's been a problem with my order it was failed even tho I paid and after 3 days without any confirmation when I asked them why they didn't informed me earlier they said they can't look in to a customer's order like what in the I'm not asking to se in detail what I got but only if it's ready for collecting...so you dont have a system or something for the click and collect and neither for informing the customer about their orders you kinda just hopping they will forget about it ? Its unbelievable well done boots

Staff from the beauty section were so helpful. One of the ladies at the make up counter went above and beyond. Excellent customer service skills and she made my shopping experience fun by giving me advice on deals etc set me up with an advantage card and told me how to transfer my points from my old lost card onto the new card. Would definitely be back!

This is my local boots and it’s like taking a kid into a candy store. They have everything and the customer service is superb. If you guys need help with makeup please look for Alexis, she’s awesome!!! Extremely patient and very very helpful with all the details and explains everything you need to know carefully. She goes above and beyond. Best customer service I’ve received in London. Trust me, you’ll be so happy with her. I was so impressed. Please make her manager if she isn’t already!

Just here to acknowledge amazing service by a particular staff member from the perfume department (Brent Cross Boots) - Dyana. I came in to shop for gifts for my parents, though my indecisiveness made it really hard to choose the perfect ones . However Dyana really eased my experience. Even after spending 2hrs smelling perfumes, she was really patient and kept reassuring me that there’s no pressure every time I apologised. Her knowledge of the perfumes also made it much easier for me to narrow down my options. Also, she was able to help me while helping other customers too. She was so friendly and positive that I ended up conversing & making friends with the other customers lol. Overall she delivered exceptional service. I ended up I buying the Versace Eros & Scandal from Jean Paul for my parents. I’m not one to really write reviews, but she really deserves to be acknowledged! :)

The prescription service is appalling. I tried to ring them to ask whether mine had been received and spent about an hour in their labyrinthine system of prompts: every 10 minutes or so that I was waiting I got sent back to the first menu and had to start all over again. They obviously can't be bothered to answer the phone for queries relating to this important service. Never again will I use them.

All of my gallery of photos has appeared on that screen when trying to print a specific photo, while a lot of clients were wondering around at the shelves....plus, the machines 2 of them did not work while trying 2-3 times each, and the staff told that they are NEW!!! So, NO privacy with our photos gallery- you could at least put some curtains around them, dear BOOTS, maybe in my gallery are many photos that need to stay private, not seen by dozens of clients wondering around!!! And second, your new machines were not working...... Well done , I was speechless. The only good thing it has been the staff being really friendly and trying to help, unfortunately they couldn't do anything , as the mistake comes from their superiors who agreed to accept these machines to show ALL our photos gallery from the phone on the screen in seconds, though we need to print just 1 or 2!
My second bad experience with this place, today 2nd of January 2021.....I called to ask if my prescription is ready as I feel really unwell and I wanted to know when is ready to not go for it 2-3 times when I can barely walk.....I called and I called for the last 2-3 hours again and again and nobody botyers to pick up the phone....I am single, is nobody here to picl my medication, and knowing when is ready would have been so helpful....Thank you for your ignorance towards us, especially in these hard times ????????????....

Very hot and seemed overcrowded. Ridiculously long wait to collect an online order at the Medicine counter where there was only one assistant. I was told that this was the only desk for collections. Felt sorry for the cashier who had to deal with a long queue and customer enquiries as well as go to the stock room to collect orders. I could have actually picked up all my items instore in the time I waited which was more than 10 minutes!

Spent 45 mins in this store just to get a flu jab! I got there early, then tried to find someone to ask where I need to go as there were no signs. I ended up waiting in a really long line for prescriptions. The lady doing the jabs was not in an appointment for about 10 mins before I was finally called in. For something that really is an in and out service, I found the whole time there wasted. Would rather go to my GP next time. Now I'm getting emails that I missed my appointment so it looks like my jab wasn't even recorded!
