So I took my guests to buy some particular face cream. I couldn't find it in store so I approached to this lady named Sheila who was busy filling the shelves was more than happy to help us. It would've been cheaper if you buy two. But there were only 3. I went to this lady again and she checked the price and how many she has in stock. She even asked her manager if we can buy all 3 at a sale price but that manager wasn't happy to do that. Such a quick and professional approach. Served us at available till that avoid us queuing. Thank you Sheila for your kindness.

My review is only on the pharmacy a member of staff named Akash specifically he is extremely rude has horrible attitude refuses to give medicine made me go back to my GP my GP then had to call him and when I came back he avoided me completely then again I came back he decided to speak bad about me acting like I couldn’t hear when I needed a emergency perception and ask the other colleague to send me away his attitude is disgusting for a place of work and needs to learn how to speak to customer I work in a hospital and we don’t need these type of people in a medical profession!

As I was looking around; there were no prices on shelves; looked around for assistants, they were too busy in their own task; couldn't be bother, then I took the product to one of them; she gave me a look, as if I was wasting her time, then as I was approaching the tills to pay there were some assistants & security guard standing in a group giving a very nasty look & the security guard followed me; as if I was trying to steal, I had worst experience of customer service; is this how Boots treat their loyal customer, then they need to look into it seriously

Another shop within the Galleria. Quite big and well stocked. Two options for carpark. Free by nearby Morrison's and paid within Galleria.
Let's say like this, it is hard to not find something, what you expect to find in pharmacy + other Boots stock.

Last time when I was in this store I went to the stand where the batteries were and I could ask the battery but unfortunately the lady was busy cutting off the nail, she rudely told me something and did not pay attention to me because she was busy cutting off the nail. It was disgusting. In addition, I stood and waited for the lady to finish cutting her nails to take the battery I'm in shock...

Great Boots store with a bigger selection of items then other stores. Has a lot of beauty counters where the ladies offer a variety of make ups. Also has a big perfume and after shave counter with a lot more variety then most stores.

Alright shop but terrible pharmacy counter. I came in to fill a prescription. They said they didn’t have my medication in stock, that I needed to drop off my letter (private prescription) and they would fill it in the next 2 days. Came back and they can not locate my medication or my original prescription letter. So not only do they not have my medication, I now have no means to fill it out elsewhere as I no longer have my prescription. Avoid.

Opticians staff were totally engrossed in their conversation. Totally ignored me trying to find an item on a rack that wouldn't rotate.
One of them rudely looked me up and down and barked that it did rotate and had to use both hands to turn it! Then turned her back and carried on with her chat to 3 other staff members.
They can stick their good... I pay for customer service.. Not rudeness!
