Great locations with M&S and different clothes store around..Large store with wide selections of cosmetics and perfume.. Staff are great professional, kind and helpful, they helped me match the perfume I am looking for. Happy to go there again.

Boots Oxford Circus has the best customer services I have ever experienced, they were so friendly. I spoke to a lady called Francesca and she was really kind and helpful and she helped me find a great perfume. I would definitely go there again.

While I was paying in the second floor, there was an Indian look stuff ran next to me in a really close distance to me then staring at my bag with a dead face and won't leave until I leave, I was shocked, quite uncomfortable at the moment. Hope would not happen again

A larger Boots that has individual cosmetics and perfume counters. Perfect if you are after a perfume that is a little less mainstream and not stocked in the small Boots stores. Great location with an M&S and loads of excellent clothes stores nearby.

I had a very bad experience here when a fat blonde British lady in her 50s showed very rude and racist behaviour. She's located on the first floor near the medicine and prescription stalls. Beware of this lady and avoid her at all costs!

My daughter accidently got perfume sprayed in her eye and the staff were fantastic and rushed her upstairs and wahed it out with water and eyewash and then also gave us some eye drops to take home. They were so sweet with her so she wouldn't be scared. I didn't get the girls name that was on the pharmacy counter but she was amazing. Thank you

Many good products here whether for adults or for kids. As long as you don't have to ask for service I guess this place is ok. Just read the labels and go to the cashier and pay. The skincare and grooming for men selection is quite extensive and managed to but several items to bring home. Same goes for ladies section. They have sales period that take off a bit of the pricing which is quite good.

Just visited your branch and had a horrible experience with your cashier/sales representative "Ashraf".
Instead of arguing with your costumers you should explain kindly and patiently BOOTS points procedures.

Good stock of quantity beauty products, cosmetics and medications with a pharmacy on hand. They also now have sandwiches, soft drinks, travel accompaniments. Boots advantage card is worth while.

Looks deceptively small on first glance, but there is an upstairs floor with more choice.

What a discombobulated store! And especially one on a major retail street. All the directions the escalators run are not in any particular pattern so it is potentially easy to intuitively want to go up the downward escalator. Safety first?

Disgusting store and incompetent service. Obviously used to serving tourists who forgot their toothbrush and want British cosmetics, the staff is forgetting that they are a part of county's biggest health and beauty retailer chain, clearly destroying their reputation.
The staff is absent, incompetent, unfriendly and unhelpful. I wanted to ask about tester of dermo-cosmetic BB cream. First, I spend 10 mins looking for anyone, I went downstairs was told they only do 'premium stuff' (so I am not a 'premium customer'), then found a guy who was clipping some leaflets at the counter. When I asked him a question, he didn't even look at me to answer and was rude and unhelpful. I gave up and decided to take a risk but the queue to the till was reaching opposite end of shop. Finally, an Asian looking lady with a group of co-workers (who were all 'vanished' only 2 mins ago) and offered to take me downstairs to take a payment. When I asked again about testers of samples she simply ignored me and moved to another person. Shocking!
Should be closed all all staff fired so the chain doesn't loose valued regular shoppers.

Busy, because it's a tourist destination, but you can still efficiently find what you need and get out. Good place to get your girl supplies. Well stocked and a good selection. I got a Babyliss hair straightener I wish I still had. If you are American, this will be reminiscent of Walgreen's.

A lady in YSL today 21st August 2pm with black hair made me come twice(I last came there a few days ago) for foundation testing/samples. On the previous day she could not be bothered to serve me as she had customer in line and was going to finish at 8pm. this is appalling as in Harrods and Selfridges next door such behaviour is unacceptable for staff. Even in other stores staff can leave up to 10 minutes late from their end time. The lady was also very rude and unapologetic. I expect staff at these stores to go the extra mile for customers she did not even try. Her name badge was not visible which is another con as they are meant to wear it .
