I visited on new years day to get medicine and tiger balm. Whilst there I met 2 wonderful staff who assisted me in purchasing a gift for my daughter.. CAROLINE and the other lady who helped on the dior countetb were so kind and helpful.
Caroline shared a story with me and gave me hope for 2021.
Outstanding service. Wonderful staff.
I bought some Dior products. They were gift wrapped and extra gifts included. I mentioned the film 'Love actually' where Rowan Atkinson gift wraps a present for Allen Rickman, to the ladies.. Perfect!!!

Boots is a large 2 story building with a wide range of products it has escalators and a lift. The staff are very helpful and polite and quite stunning. The store is a very clean shop. It's a good place for your medical needs

Service here is relatively good. The store is relatively easy to navigate and signage is on (the majority) of aisles to help find what your looking for. Service is okay, however you will need to go looking for it and the store does look like it needs a bit of 'freshening up'

Took me a while to realise that the sun care stuff is upstairs, partly because lots of small promo displays of it were around the shop. Not many staff about but those I spoke to have been helpful. good covid precautions.

Big shop and lots of pharmaceuticals, food, a pharmacy, and (crucially now the gyms are closed) a fat-analysing weights machine.
The food includes various vegan snacks and is richly varied usually. They sell vitamins, minerals, make-up, shaving stuff, shampoo, and all sorts of other thing.
Bit miffed that they don't sell Vegan Omega 3, and their range of vitamins is slightly limited. Oh, and no Alpecin shampoo.
Still: not many other big pharmacy shops in Oxford centre and always find it's a soothing place to visit.

Visited the store but the staff stood right next to me without having a mask on despite government guidelines to reduce risk of COVID-19. I felt uncomfortable for invading my personal space and also not observing social distancing. Had to remind her and she just walked away with not apology. This place definitely needs to train staff professionalism and understand social distancing.

This is not your grandmother's Boots UK any longer! Someone at Boots noticed that there was no one place to go to learn about makeup and stepped into the void. Bravo! The sales people are lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. I had no trouble finding someone to help me either. Oh, and you can still buy shampoo and toothpaste at Boots!

Great service specially from Martin, I collected some pictures from the kiosk, and every person who works there, where very kind and helpful. I was checking the different lip gloss in the clearance counter and the lady at tils showed me the new colours on sale!!!

A good sized branch of this reliable chain of stores with a busy, well stocked pharmacy, an optician and cosmetics, toiletries and some food and soft drinks. It's on two floors with a lift and escalators. There is a passport photo booth too.

The staff are mediocre, particularly the ladies who do makeup -- there is perhaps one person there who actually seems okay with helping people with generic questions about where everything is. A lot of the items they carry, especially in the premium skin care section, can be found online cheaper, or sometimes even at Superdrug or Sainsbury's. However, I will pick up an item here if Amazon is the only online retailer carrying what I'm looking for and if I don't trust that Amazon is selling the genuine product. If there is one item left of a product and it's damaged, management refuses to give discounts for that, which is a particularly nasty way of doing business when other stores do offer discounts when things like that happen. Fortunately, they carry most of what I'm looking for as a skincare junkie.

On entry from Cornmarket there was one hand gel dispenser near the middle door. Nothing by the other doors. Inadequate.
Markers near counters < 2m apart.
Officious questioning about whether I was entitled to a flu jab. Followed by me having to hand write the answers I had entered online. The jab itself was great.
Member of staff wearing their mask under their nose and stood right next to another.
Went to the automatic doors on Market Street. Not in operation. So the only doors you can use are the ones you have to touch. No air flow through the shop.
Quite pathetic for a chemist!!!!!
1 star for the jab itself, which was very professional.

Visited this shop last month ( Nov 26th, Thanksgiving). A black guard followed me and stared at me in a rude way as if I am a thief. Might because I looked around, did not find anything worth buying, so I got some soaps. That will be my last visit to this shop.
