A very badly run store. I can confidently say the worst staff in this store is the dishonest and outrageously rude Megan who works behind the Chanel counter. My wife bought a large number of Items from her and was promised that free samples will be given to her if she returns the next day. Naturally, my wife returned the next day and Megan told my wife with a miserable face that she never promised any free samples. She also said her manager told her never to offer free samples. This has happened on a number of occasions this year and is a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and we will be reporting to the police, the relevant authorities and the Boots headquarter the persons involved. I am sick and tired of cowboy traders and Oxford does not need such traders who take people for a ride. Rest assured, we and all our friends and relatives will not buy products in this store from now on.
