But quite overwhelming. Do we humans really need 100's of different shampoos,face creams, etc. I did though manage to spend £5 on hearing aid batteries!! Couldn't get them, in a hurry, anywhere else. Hence the 5 star. Also for the kindness of the lady who served me on the 2 Nd floor

Considering the location its obviously a very nice one with a lot of stuff and more things than others in London.
Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful.
That just makes your day in the end.

If you can believe that I sincerely do NOT enjoy shopping,!! This is a huge store spanning three floors. Whereas at the peripheral stores you have a limited selection, here you'll find more variety of everything. It can get a bit cramped in there sometimes, which makes you feel a bit uncomfortable in the current situation.

Il give it a 2 star ground floor are lovely but the basement floor I cannot say the same. Butch tall Eastern European woman made a huge fuss when I put my coffee cup down by the self checkout machine and said "that's not very nice". I was like pardon??? To then she kept ranting and ranting. I then asked for help scanning to which she replied no do it yourself. Her mask was also underneath her mouth. What a horror experience at Boots! She just didnt care even her posture showed she didnt want to be there.
