absolute horror !!!!!! the water is good because it can't be mistaken, I have no comment on the salad, all the skewers with bacon and burnt meat on the sides (BGN 20 for 100 grams of burnt meat) the music is good stay mega disappointed and hungry, we get hungry and go to dinner elsewhere..bill 52.65 BGN for food that is not even 7 BGN, is not up to money, but at least a little quality and encourage me to order more, we gave up dessert, because an appetizer and mainly KENEF ..

Some staff are really not helpful. After the refurbishment, get some new staff or train them. I have ask for a water pick the other day, the staff clearly didn't want to help, showed me an aisle and ran away. She couldn't even be bothered to show me what was in store.

These guys know what they are doing. I have been to many opticians but boots never fail. They know what they are talking about and have your best interest at heart. Staff are really nice and helpful and the glasses range are quite good as well. Boots seem to only employ the experts. People who know what they are talking about.

My assistant was Claire and she was the most kind, patient and professional staff member in boots I have ever meet. She helped me to choose perfect according to my favourite perfume armani si that I have already. Boots should be proud of staff like this! Also, if you need professional assistance and advice on make up and perfume, find her in the store. I guarantee that you will not regret it! She is the best I have seen in boots in 10 years of living in the UK! Thank you

Awesome cool place all you need i need a wheelchair flat soon both digital electric wheelchair user paralized from the neck down mostly bedridden. The real American CA NYC Gail Anne Haley plaster over my cause my i was viscous attecked in head by drug addict on meth athemime. I cant even get wheelchair flat or out of the flat i am in.

I like that this store is large enough and quite beaultifully organised making it easy to find the products you look for.
I was disappointed to see that most of drusgstore cosmetics products (mascaras, lipsticks) are not sealed and someone can try a real product instead of testers. I realised I might be buying a product which has been tried before by someone else. They really should do something about this issue. Products must be protected from intentional or unintentional "testing" in store.
